We had a great experience with Acura of Brooklyn, mainly because of Ellen Song. She made the entire car buying experience super easy. The CPO vehicle was amazingly clean and looked brand new. Ellen was so nice and accommodating. She made sure that we had everything we needed in order to make our decision. Great follow up and service. I don’t live in New York and it would have been very difficult for me to go back to Brooklyn to pick up the vehicle. Ellen and Marko arranged for the vehicle to be dropped off at my home. It doesn’t get much better than this. I would definitely recommend Acura of Brooklyn and Ellen!

Purchased Acura 2019 RDX back then, went to the fix recall for the seatbelt last year and then the navigation screen was blinking after the recall was completed last year, brought in the car again and was told they never saw such issues with the screen. They said will call me back in two weeks after they check with upper part services, but no follows up at all. Not recommend them.

If you want the best I'll advice you to go to the best and the best undoubtedly is my Eric, this man level of professionalism and commitment to getting you the result that you desire is always guarantee this man is always ready to be of service to customers and not only that you are prioritize from the moment he greets you until your out of his sight and not mention keeping you up to date in situations where your car is in the shop is just admirable all the time.
