The staff there was really good.... very good customer service. But the aisles were tightly packed and not very accessible for a big person like me. So I will give y'all five stars when you make space for people to walk (or use a mobility device.)

Terrible customer service. I was at this store walking around with one of those folding shopping carts because a had huge list of things I was going buy for someone who’s moving to the U.S. and they don’t have shopping carts for big orders, they just have wheel baskets and everything I was planning to buy wouldn’t fit in one of those. I had on that list pajamas, coats, socks, shoes, some kitchen appliances, personal hygiene products, etc. The store manager asked me to take everything out and get a basked. I asked him I could please just use my cart because I was buying a lot of things. I showed him that the cart had nothing but products from the store and he still wouldn’t allow it. He wanted me to take several baskets instead when they hardly have space for customer to walk around with a backpack. At the end I left and didn’t buy a single thing. He rather let me go than allow me to use my cart. Won’t be buying here ever again.

Large neighbor discount household store, good for grabbing inexpensive stuff at the last minute. Wide variety of cheap goods, from kitchen, bath, shelving, cleaning supplies, and household goods as well as cheap clothing.Main issue is the large front entrance area is jam-packed with clothing wares, almost non-existent walk path, minimum space for only one person to pass between comfortably at a time.

This place has become overly crowded with clothing. There’s barely a place to leave your carts or shopping bags. I’ve encountered a rude worker, a guy with a blue durag with a black t-shirt. He is extremely rude and condescending. He made an assumption that I was leaving my shopping cart while looking through luggages when I wasn’t, in fact I was waiting for my relative to shop. Another situation I witnessed is him yelling at 3 children to get up because they were on the floor, not making any hassle and yelling “where are your parents, where are their parents, hello!?” This is very unprofessional and not a good look for the store.Another issue I would point out is the spacing, a coworker shouldn’t need to make an assumption that I’m leaving something behind when I have no where to leave it in a public area and have someone else who works there to watch it. Please fix this situation.
