We have been looking for polyester direct gloss finish for 6 months and this is surprisingly the only store that has it, it is not expired or expensive, everything you can imagine on solvent base ilva literally and so much more, customer service terrific!

Great selection of products but really, really awful customer service to any individuals who are embarking on a DIY project. If you want any help or any respect, it seems you have either be in the trade or be a man, as I watched my husband have a totally different experience to me. I keep ending up dealing with the same guy the last 5 times I’ve been there - hopefully this experience is just limited to him.

Very complete if you dedicate yourself to carpentry or painting. They do not sell to individuals, you have to buy under the name of a company. Not friendly to clients who have little knowledge of the subject. If you are going to buy there you should know what you are looking for.

I went in to ask a basic question about wax and restor a finish. Watched multiple videos but wanted an expert opinion to avoid doing something I couldn’t take back to my dresser. 1st person took me to a 2nd person who then read the directions off the can aloud at which point I said I understand the steps, I am asking if it would provide the desired effect to which I was handed to a 3rd person who then condescended and refused to answer any question with anything other than since I haven’t seen the piece I couldn’t tell you. I’m a female by the way. Would highly recommend anyone who isn’t your standard male construction worker to avoid this place. I can read the instructions on the internet without someone speaking to me as if I can’t understand complex sentences. If you have no expertise I will gladly by from Amazon.
