I called Drimmers and spoke to Chaim. I told him we needed a dishwasher and within minutes we had what we were looking for. When I then had a small issue (my fault), I left him a message and he called me back promptly with the answer. Great customer service at a great price! And they were able to deliver it and install it the next day!

If you have time don’t come to this store to buy anything, other places exist where you can get much better deal. For example Costco or HD, AJ Madison. They can also be lazy to help you with enough search for exactly what you need. I will ignore this store next time if I need something like refrigerator.

If you live in the New York metropolitan area, the only place to purchase household appliances is Drimmers Home Appliances. I have been buying from them for almost 20 years. Brenda is my sales rep and not only are their prices the best but they deliver and install when they say they’re going to and stand behind every product they sell. I had an issue with an Electrolux dryer and they replaced it immediately.I have recommended them to many people over the years, and everyone has been satisfied. You can be confident when you recommend them.

I was a little nervous at first, but Drimmers provided a fantastic appliance experience from start to finish. They expertly handled my building's strict COI requirements, didn't attempt to upsell me, and managed to complete the whole process from order to delivery for our new refrigerator in 1 week. Will certainly be a repeat customer!

Amazing customer service I had my new appliance delivered and old one removed without multiple back-and-forth phone calls.Technician offered to remove the old refrigerator and have it recycled.

Professional and smooth. It was a pleasure to do witj tjs salesman who was honest and did not try to sell anything I did not want. Delivery was on time and the delivery men were efficient and got the job done quickly with a friendly disposition. So my d definitely go back again and buy my appliances

I am very grateful to Drimmer and especially Chaim who guided me and helped me in a very gracious and prompt manner, and Jose who installed and showed me what to do. I wanted simple and I got simple (appliances)! I wanted to not spend a lot and i did not spend a lot. I was treated very well.

Purchased based on internet ad, called store to buy the appliance. Very helpful salesman, great price, fast and secure shipping by truck to Massachusetts. Arrived in perfect condition. Could not have been easier.

Drimmers is the absolute best place to buy appliances. I've been a customer for over 14 years. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and have incredibly fair prices. I just had the pleasure of purchasing a new washer/dryer with help from Chaim S. He made the process so easy. Delivery went perfectly as well. Will definitely continue to use Drimmers as my go to in the future!
