Needed two links removed from my Movado Watch. Macys on Fulton street, unfortunately no longer repairs or services watches. A&M Jewerly did an excellent job, at removing the two links that needed to be removed. Gr8 work, low pricing and professionalism at its finest! No complaints.

I visited on a whim to see if the store could fix up a botched job done to my ring from another jeweler in the city. George immediately saw what was wrong and had it polished and cleaned up with care and attention. I am so appreciative of how welcoming the staff was and the attentiveness I received despite being such a simple fix to the ring. I highly recommend the shop to anyone and will definitely return in the future. Thanks again!

My husband purchased a Rose Gold necklace for my mother's day. I went to wear it for the second time and found the lobster clasp lever broke. I had my husband reached out to them thru Etsy to see if they would replace the clasp and I would pay for the labor. They requested pictures which we did send and then no respond ! Its a small rose gold clasp, probably $30 at the most. I sent a second email and again no response. It was a $920 necklace. What a shame for a business like this to be so cheap and not stand by there merchandise. Makes you question their integrity.
