Just had a fantastic experience with Angie Vastardis. There were some problems with closing an old policy and updating a new policy renewal. Angie tracked me down (I’m hard to reach) and she figured out all the problems. Angie took care of everything and we can’t thank k her enough. Amazing service! Have no fear! Angie Vastardis is here!

We are long-time customers, having started out with AJ's father when we bought our home back in 1994. Michael and Angie take great care of us. Thanks Mike! Great experience, easy to work with, very thorough, called back when he said he would. I was holding off calling my insurance agency for changes needed in my policy because I didn’t want to deal with and go through a dragged out process. I was lucky enough to reach Mike and to my surprise he changed my expectations and I couldn’t be happier. Everything got done correctly and promptly.

I’ve heard so many negative Insurance reviews so when your experience is different, it is imperative that you share it. After dealing with the tragedy of a senseless accident, it is so refreshing to be placed in the hands of people that truly care. All State handled my claim very professionally and I must state in a timely manner. Mrs. Angie Vastardis is without a doubt an asset to Allstate. There is not much people left like her in the world anymore. Angie kept me abreast with the status of my claim, she answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns .Mrs Vistardis made what could have turned out to be a terrible nightmare into a pleasant experience. This whole experience for me was a win, win situation because of Angie’s kind heart and professionalism. Allstate not only might have obtained a new client because of her but I also made a new friend.

Angie Vastardis is great to work with, as is the rest of the team at the Ciccone Agency. She's always helpful, super responsive and always gets us the coverage we needed. We recently had a complicated issue and she got back the next day with everything fully worked out. If I could give more than five stars I would!

Very happy with this agency. The rates are competitive and customer service is excellent. In particular, Angie Vastardis on the team is so helpful and makes things easy to understand.
