I lost a lot of faith in the big name autoshop/mechanic businesses here in NY. I received a quote that was ridiculous before heading over to A1 Radiator. Luis is a great mechanic and took the time for me to explain what little work I did to fix up the radiator myself. He then did a deep inspection and realized one of my replacement parts (from amazon) wasn't working properly and also went to pickup more equipment for me because a delivery would take too long. I felt valued and even better, my car is improved after taking it to A1 Radiator.

Ordered a condenser. Received a wrong one. I was trying to return and get a refund, no luck. Called them hundreds of times, only promises. Finally they stopped answering my calls probably detecting my number. Last what I did , came in to their business address to return it in person, no owner, no office, just a sign. Scums, stay away from this business. Buy the way , the item I purchased from them for $135 , listed on eBay for $71. But I needed asap and finally I paid triple.

Sent my radiator in to be fixed. After being told it can’t be fixed I purchased a new one through them. The new one was faulty (thread gone in oil cooling lines) and had to bring it back. Picked it up after they “fixed” it and but all they did was stick a coarse thread into it. The machine thread still won’t fit! After 4 trips back and forth and $1k later I have two radiators that aren’t fit for my truck.Edit: I was able to have the faulty radiator replaced with a new one. The owner was very communicative.

i sold this company parts and based on good faith sent them the parts before they paid because they needed them. than when it came time to pay us they wouldnt answer our calls and when they finally did they fought us on paying, getting rude and nasty saying they dont deserve to pay shipping. everytime i spoke with them they were very rude. these are ungrateful people who dont want to do the right thing, i would take my business elsewhere. very unprofessional company with no morals

On Wednesday I called to make an appointment for Saturday 9am wounded to repair the ac in my car. I called on Saturday morning to confirm my visit at 9 am. I waited until 9.30 am and nobody came. Don't waste your time on this service !!! Terrible !!!
