Do not use! I bought an umbrella which lasted 2 hours and they refused a refund or replacement. Complete waste of money and no idea about customer service. Manager was extremely rude. Avoid at all costs!

The best store by far on fifth Avenue or anywhere in the rotten apple best prices throughout the city, you can't go wrong and next-door you can go to kosher deluxe and get your pastrami and rye with the best pickles anywhere!

This shop saved me a run to target, blick and wherever else I would have had to go for nice wrapping paper. Plus it was fun to just wander around in. Highly recommend.

You can get a good discount on certain products in this store. It just doesn't accept any EBT cash or food payments.

BEWARE!!!I had a terrible experience at this store. I bought charger cable and was not working properly.. I asked for a refund but they said no! The staff was rude and unhelpful, using negative language etc. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The people behind the counter are rude and unprofessional. I went in to pick up a few things and stood on the line to cash out, just like everyone else did. When I was next, I started walking up to the register to place my things, she calls the person behind me and rings her up. After I saw that, I got upset. I turned around put everything back and the manager ( I guess?) said what happened? She will ring you up now. I said no thanks and walked out.If you are going to have a store in midtown, treat your customers with respect. Every one’s time is important.NEVER returning!

Their wired earbuds that look like they are from Apple broke within half an hour after use. Having paid almost $30 for them, I would have expected better quality.

Always something we need is here and for just about a dollar. In times with inflation this helps so much for those of us with families.

You can find a lot of stock from South America, even there is a big section with spices and Asian food.It is a bit difficult to find something as the stuff is very crowded on the shelf’s and floors.I only bought a pack of soap bars and the price was very good. I’m not sure about the quality of the stuff they sell but for what you pay you can’t ask for more.

I called asking if they had a specific item. Was given a curt yes by the man on the phone. I walked down to their store from Lincoln Center. Upon arrival, I asked a cashier where the item was, she told me to check a couple of different places in the store. I was wandering around looking for the item which was nowhere to be found. An older man who came off as a manager/owner suddenly walked up to me to surveil me and just as quickly walked away from me. Seemed as if he was checking to see if I was stealing their 99 cents luxury goods. After I searched everywhere in the store, I went up to the same man who had been monitoring me. He was now at the front of the store. I politely explained that I had called and was told they had said item. He rudely barked out that they didn't have the item in question and then turned away completely ignoring me. Complete waste of time and terrible customer service experience.

This is a terribly, run store. I don't understand the objective of this store. Do they exist to sale items or just to hoard them. For example, I ask for a draw string bag, which was of cheap quality, which they wanted $13 dollars for a $6 dollar item, which they could sale for $5 dollars. I asked the manager to lower the price, he refused and I found a superior draw string bag, from Adidas, mind you, from Target for $5 dollars. The rule of sales, is don't overestimate the worth of your merchandise. Noodles, packages, are like close too a dollar per package and the same package can be purchased at Morton Williams, for .29 cents. Morton Williams, mind you, has a lot of items which are less expensive and far superior than items at this store.
