This 7/11 is horrible, they claim to be 24 hours but they close every morning between 4am and 5am everyday. Which is very inconvenient and inconsiderate for people who work night shifts.

I ORDERED A $129.00 WORTH OF GROCERIES FROM THIS LOCATION 3 ITEMS WERE FRESH FOOD..THE REMAINING ITEMS WERE FREEZER AND SHELF ITEMS . NOT A MINUTE SOONER THAN I PLACED THE ORDER I HAD MY PHONE STILL IN MY HAD WITH THE APP STILL OPEN AND MY FINGER ACCIDENTLY HIT CANCEL WHICH I CALLED THE STORE IMMEDIATELY TO LET THEM KNOW WHAT HAPPENED AND THEY WERE NOT AT ALL HELPFUL MY DEBIT CARD WAS BILLED THE FULL AMOUNT OF $129.00 AND I DID NOT Receive MY ITEMS..AND I WAS NOT REFUNDED NONE OF MY MONEY. IM GOING TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AND PROCEEDING.

This place is horrible.. I've worked in a 7/11 before and it's not as it use to be... floors are always dirty and the only thing I really like is the cappuccino and there's none .. everytime I go inside there's none.. the creamer cooler is always icy with empty creamers and the machines are not clean or the muffins fresh ... nothing about this location is appealing.. hot dogs even has burnt left overs on them ... will never recommend this location and to drive all the way to long island to get a good cup of cappuccino

The Lady in the morning with the glasses is so nice and sweet. If you’re having a bad morning just go to 7eleven and your day is guaranteed to get better.

Bushra is by far the #1 customer service rep of this 7 11. She's very polite, tends to customer needs and her coffee is always great...love her coffee. She's a perfect 10 in my book and it's always a pleasure to interact with her.
