Soon as me and my friend walked into the store, our bags were taken and that was fine as we don’t condone stealing. We started to walk around the store when we saw a white woman with her bag. Mind you we are both black. The people who entered the store before us were also black and also had their bags taken. We looked around the store and seen that EVERY white person had their bag. We are in absolute shock to be treated like that. Absolutely disgusting behavior for a high end business. Fix yourselves. How dare you.

I visited this store yesterday, and my experience with the manager working yesterday (mid-long hair blond white guy) was terrible to say the least. He did not only make me feel irritated from the moment I stepped into the store with his weird expressions & stares, while leaving he rudely stopped me to check my sweathirt that I brought with me implying that I stole it from the store. He yelled from behind the counter "Oh what's that!" to me while I was walking out. He made me feel incredibly uncomfortable! After seeing that it was mine he tried to downplay it saying "He liked the design and wanted to check it out" but it definitely did not feel like that. How incredibly rude!! How as a manager of a store you mistakenly accuse someone of stealing!! As an employee you have to check what customers come in with, people shop around and have other stuff with them, do you expect customers to come in empty handed? How unprofessional and rude!! I was shocked by this interaction and later I went back to the store to make a compliant and confront him and tell him how disrespectful and unprofessional his attitude was. That's when I found out he was a manager which was insane to me how such a rude and disrespectful person ended up being a manager of this nice store. He did not apologize properly and also tried to gaslight me into thinking I made it up and he only was interested in my sweathirt's design. Other employees were cute and I feel bad for them for having to work with such an insecure and mean person. I will never be going back to this place!!

Was told to leave my tote bag in the front (guess ppl steal here), but no one is really watching the “checked in” bags. Plus that kind of treatment from the start, doesn’t create a welcoming environment. Y’all can do better. It’s just used clothes..

I went to sell an item and the guy gave me a receipt number and said” well call your number within a hour”. I waited the hour and no call was given so I went back and he told me to wait. I waited another 30 minutes and they told me that they couldn’t cash me out until 30 minutes after due to the “system being down” so I asked them for my item back and that was that. I don’t recommend this place they wasted my time and not mention items are overpriced.

Attempted to take things to sell today at 4:15 and was turned away saying they’re not buying anything else for the day. The store closes at 7 and they say they buy until then, so I had no choice but to donate my items at the store because I had other errands to run and couldn’t go home to drop my stuff. Total waste of time.

Horrible store, rude staff including the security. They under price everything and sell them at ridiculous prices. Might as well give my stuff to charity. Will never visit this store again.

Seller beware! They do not stick to their buying hours. They are supposed to be available for buying items 11am - 7pm. I showed up at 5:25pm and they told me they stopped buying items at 5pm….it is literally on their door that they stop selling at 7pm. I tried to call the store beforehand to try to avoid this exact issue and no one was answering the phones. They have a reception area where people were standing and waiting but they don’t answer their phones? Then they told me that they have other locations in the city that stop buying at 7pm. How am I supposed to know that they won’t pull the same stunt at other locations? So don’t bother lugging your items there. Try another thrift store. I would never try to take my items there again.
