The furniture is nice. The service is not. They left my home dirty with styrofoam everywhere. When I told Nabil nothing was done about it. I’m still picking it up. The guy that came didn’t know how to put the bed together. Left it and came back the next day. I was told the garbage was included. The guy left the box. I was told I had to pay for the boxes to be taken away. The guys didn’t come with proper tools. They borrowed a knife from a neighbor and didn’t give it back. I was told to give a tip to the guys. Immediately after that one guy left and the other guy stayed in my home until 9pm and had to come back the next day. Now, I don’t know who to return the knife back to. When I asked Nabil to contact them to see who the neighbor was to give the knife back to he said give me a couple of days. What takes a couple days to ask so I can give something back? I wanted the beds to be facing a different way then what they had it. The guy lied to me saying the furniture wasn’t Saturday to be able to do so. After he left I had to move the bed sets all by myself and there were 3 of them. Never again he threw in 2 box springs due to the mattresses sinking in and acts like that’s a favor and the mattress shouldn’t sink in. I don’t believe in giving someone a tip when they aren’t doing anything extra than their job but there’s a lot of pressure from Nabil to do so. I gave $300 to each guy and Nabil lied and gave them $200 each and kept the extra money to himself and said needed to make sure I tell the guys $200 each. It all seemed good at first but it’s shady now.

This store lives up to its name. It is the #1 furniture store that I know of in Brooklyn. The grey couch I bought from here back in 2021 looks as good as it did the day I bought it. Nice store owners too!

I LOVE my new couch! Just what i wanted! They did a great job bringing it inside, considering the the narrow space we had for the entrance. They even turned my couch into a sofa bed which is exactly what i wanted. Very satisfied!
