Don’t take your eyes off your car don’t know when the mechanic will call up his friend to get little parts off your vehicle to help out his people … They will swap out parts and tell you that’s how it came and try make you look crazy

Very bad customer service they treat you as if I were going to ask for something for free they stayed with my car for 5 days when I went to pick it up they told me that it was ready and they hadn't touched the car was the same as I left it

I had an insurance claim sent here, and when I called to make the repair appointment they flatly said they didn’t have space and hung up. They seem to have trouble doing the simple service of making future appointments.

I don’t normally leave negative reviews like this but if you can’t do the basics why should you be recommended?? Went there looking for a replacement battery. Already had the battery out the car and was looking for a specific replacement. Told the owner what battery I wanted, they had to pick it up from another location and when the battery came, it was the wrong one.Owner gets an attitude and says if the car was there the mistake wouldn’t have happened. No I’m sorry, if you was attentive like ANY business would be, this wouldn’t have happened. Guy even left the window without saying if another battery will be bought or anything. Just left and ordered the proper batter from Amazon which was delivered the next day to my house.

very enformed and good mechanic. works very well with foriegn cars and tends to be able to fix problems most mechanics have trouble with. 123 auto service is highly recommended

They never showed up. I called from toyota care. At 9a.m. the call was put in they said 90min. I'm in the same zip code. They didn't show up. Then said 55min. They never showed up. I had to call back toyota to have another service dispatched.Service: Car towing

I have brought in my car to 123 motoring to repair my heater on November 17, 2020. Unfortunately, they could not have found the issue with the heat so the mechanic has advised me to come the following day November 18, 2020 to drop off my car. I brought my car to the shop and the owner has asked for me to park the car some where and he would come get the car in about an hour. I have parked the car and brought back the keys with a specific detailed location of where the car is. The following day November 19, 2020 around 3 PM eastern time, the owners son calls me asking where I have parked the car. I have told the owners son where I have left the car and asked "why has no one come to work on the car" he had no answer and just asked me where did I leave the car cause he does not see the car which to me is ridiculous cause the car has been dropped off 24-26 hours ago and only now you are calling to verify where the car is. When a mechanic takes a key from you, the mechanic now has responsibility for anything that happens to the car. I will be filing a complaint to the attorney general, 311, and the BBB.
