The room was not set up correctly which caused us a lot of time. The girl did not give us extra time for it and ended our time as soon as the timer went up. For $60 a person i would expect the room to be set up correctly and for us to have extra time for it. Do not recommend this place

What a great time and the girl at the desk was very helpful and friendly. The puzzles are very clever and fun. I highly recommend it.

Excellent experience. We did the cabin in the woods. It was challenging, but lots of fun. I would definitely come back.

I would've rated this a 5 star escape room if not for one single mistake. We were 30 minutes into our game but ended up getting stuck on one of the locks for the rest of the remaining time and couldn't advance until we had figured it out. Turns out one of the staff had switched the lock by mistake with another one in the room and thus made it impossible for us to escape. Our game master apologized for the mistake but when your business is based on escaping the room, you should be more careful when preparing the room. I unfortunately didn't ask for a refund at the time because it didn't cross my mind in the moment but I may email their management team and see what we can do on that front. I'll update this review depending on there response.Update: I was easily able to email their team and acquire a full refund. Thank you to Andrew for his help & responsiveness on this matter.

What an amazing experience and staff!!! Had a blast!! It was for my nieces 12th bday but I think I enjoyed it just as much!

We did the Escape from Alcatraz and it was a good theme, but just a lot of unlocking and figuring out the combos, nit too many puzzles or riddles as with other escape rooms, but it was fun never the less. This is the 2nd room I have done here and both were very good.

The Jigsaw escape room was really fun. I'm surprised how fast my group finished the room, with 14 minutes to spare. You really have to work together with your team to figure out all the clues and it can not be a one man show.

Went here tonight for my sons 16th birthday. We all had fun, the staff was friendly. We did the Alcatraz room. We were a group of 5 and ranged from age 8 to 35. Would definitely go again. Thank you for having us!

We booked a room for that night and when we arrived there the guy at the counter said we booked it for Tuesday when on our phone it said that night. The guy at the counter was very nice and said to call to get a refund however when we called the next day, the lady on the phone said she can't give us a refund, only a credit to that place for another time. This is very inconvenient for us since none of us are home and are all from different states so we will never be able to go together. Normally this is not a big deal but the guy at the counter said we were the fifth group of people that this situation has happened to that exact night. I find this ridiculous especially that we can't get a refund. 0/10 recommend unless you want to get your money taken.
