Personally haven't had a bad experience here. Sometimes shelves are near empty or the coffee machine is broken but these things happen, it is what it is.

Stopped here this morning to get vape pods for my self and the kid behind the counter tells me that the price was 28.95 . Now I'm sorry but I've been smoking this this for 2 years now and never have I payed any more then maybe 16 bucks, and when I even told him to look at the price tag, clearly says 14.99 . His response was well that's what it came up as and took my money and walked away. No response other then and no explanation or manager around. I have already called corp and let them know what happened since no one answered the number associated with this adress for Google... quit upset with the situation..

Went to Brookhaven 7-Eleven at 6:30am before I had to go to work to get a couple of things for my shift and the worst customer service from Pat at the register I explained to her multiple time what payment method I was using and she act like she couldn’t hear me smh disappointed do better!!!!!

First, I don't know that I've ever seen a 7-11 closed period, much less at 11 AM. There was no signs on the door or anything of the sort, it is not a holiday, no special occasions to where they should be closed at 11am. And they actually advertise "open 24 hours" which is infuriating seeing as people check that first to see if it's open and then go, only to waste gas-which isn't cheap at the moment- and therE is not another convenience store anywhere close. This place NEVER has any bags when it is open, and I've seen other reviews saying it was closed at peak hours. Quite annoying to say the least. Also, it has a terrible selection of everything really. This business is run so bad and it's unfortunate bc it used to be my go to. Guess I'll just drive right by from now on and go to the next. Their loss as I would be an almost every day customer.

I sent my 18 year old kid to get Tobacco products and they refused him because he was unknowing of the age being 21 so he gave me a call and I came down there to purchase them myself and eric refused me the sale and made racial remarks at me and my child and threatened to call the police on us
