While the selection of books may be a bit limited, it is a cute little bookshop and well-organized. I was pleasantly greeted upon entering. Would stop by again.

Love Womrath's!! They have a small selection, but they are always able to order any book I need! I would recommend going here for books than any other place! Everyone is super nice, especially Barbara, and it's great to support local businesses!

Very friendly staff, clean layout, and wide range of selection. Small, comfortable seating area towards the back along with a collection of children's toys and lots of puzzles.

awesome indie bookshop. nice selection of books including fun ones for kids. they can also order for you if they don't have it. whenever I need a last minute gift I head here - I always find a special book and they have a really nice gift wrapping service.

I love this bookshop. It's a small place, so it's not the biggest selection, but I hear they will order anything that isn't in stock. Always something to find, and the service is always friendly. I try to shop small businesses whenever possible. Anytime I walk in I can't leave with just one thing.

Stopped by this place before going for dinner nearby. I went 30mins before closing so I didn't have much time to look at everything. But I had a really nice experience. They had a good selection of books and noticed that they have a seating area in the back which I thought was very nice. The new books were at the front so I gravitated towards that area. I picked up a book and a gentleman said it was a good book and proceeded to recommend another one by the same author. I assume he was the owner. He was very nice. When I went to pay I asked if they had a particular book and she said they didn't have it but could order it for me. I didn't end up ordering it but I know I will go back for more books. I would definitely come back here and support local businesses

You know, I had never heard of Womrath Bookshop; however, I was looking through my town report for 1926 (Ossipee, NH) and saw where the library had bought books from A. R. Womrath. Out of curiosity I searched A. R. Womrath and discovered Womrath Bookshop. Somehow this doesn't seem like a coincidence. Womrath was selling books prior to 1938. More power to you Womrath Bookshop! No book seems to be out of reach, and the staff are extraordinarily helpful in finding anything I'm looking for.I especially love that I don't need to jump through any hoops or "sign up", I can just call and ask about something, and within 2 weeks, I can come and pick it up. Simple and wonderful! A real gem of a store.

Although the book I was looking to buy was not available the clerk was most helpful in trying to locate a copy for me. Great customer service.

It was a nice, welcoming and warm atmosphere, being surrounded by books and comfort armchairs. I found some secondhand books in the store worth $1-2 and that was a great treasure :)

This is not a used bookstore. I came here to say this. If you want to spend time browsing used books this is not the place. Yes they have what they describe as a "used book corner". It is just a couple bookcases with random old books on them. Some were priced, some weren't. Conditions varied. Some boxes of books. It will take you fifteen minutes to look at all of them and decide you don't want any of them. The rest of the bookstore seemed nice. Small. I thought it seemed curated, the wife just thought it was a pretty standard selection of popular classics and best sellers. Nice seating area. Appeared to be 3 people working. My wife said hi when we walked in. She's friendly. They said hi. No one asked if they could help us find anything. This in my opinion is why these shops die. If I wanted no service I would go on Amazon and buy the books for 15-20% less. Spoiler alert; I do. Is this bad? Probably. Pobodys Nerfect. *shrugs* If you want a great used bookstore in Manhattan check out my other reviews.
