This is the worst post office. I have informed delivery and there have been numerous times that I don’t get what I’m supposed to of it comes days later. You can’t talk to them, they take no responsibility always blaming White Plains. Now I’m waiting for a package that the vendor says was dropped off at the PO 4 days ago. Why don’t I have it yet? Horrible

This is the best post office because of Justin. A couple of the other reps are nice, But Justin goes out of his way to be pleasant, efficient, friendly and best of all, knows his customers by name. I love it. I love how he greets his customers. It makes all the difference.

Only one clerk on the counter with 8 people on line. Clerk was nice and apologized for delay but people who run post office are not too swift!

Ive shipped 600+ packages from here over the last 2-3 years (small business) and have had no issues. Fast service and easy to speak to staff. I realize people mostly leave reviews when theyre angry at something, hence the low score on google, so I wanted to leave my two cents. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is because the parking can be pretty abysmal.

Sent a tracked package to Bronxville residentTracked as arriving at 10708 POand out for delivery 4 days ago.Called PO to inquire is they had the package on hand, rang approx 20 times then disconnected twice.I wish I had used UPS or Fed-x instead.

Long lines most of the time. The parking meters are 15 minutes - from my experience, often not enough time sadly, even to buy stamps.

i love this post office! Really shocked to see all the low reviews. The workers here are so nice and friendly - one especially is super positive and greets everyone by name! I've always been able to get everything done pretty quickly, even when there's a line. So much faster and easier than the post offices in Yonkers imo.
