I come here occasionally to return items from Amazon. The older gentleman was very friendly and was handling my return. The lady intervened in a rude way and turned was rush me out as if there was a long line. I never had an issue coming here until that happened. She is so rude.

For needs like returning a package with a printed label or QR code, this store is fine. However, for something as basic as getting and paying for a self-adressed shipping label, avoid this location as the people working there are totally clueless. This is despite the fact that UPS customer service confirmed that they should be able to provide this type of service. Horrible experience and not recommended, just use Fedex instead.

note that this UPS location is an independently operated store run by the franchisees, they've recently implemented a $10 " misc. fee " to release their hold of your package if you're using UPS's access point servicemy main concern is that this policy isn't applied to everyone, the lady working there seems to charge at will at fluctuating costs that's almost discriminatoryit's dissapointing partially because up until recent the service here has been fairly decent, especially considering how much someone might pay in shipping fees already just to get slapped with more fees for a service that's readily available at no extra cost at corporate run UPS establishments

I have been using this UPS store for many years. The family that runs the store works so hard. It is the most efficient shipping store I have ever used. I don’t understand the negative reviews - petty at best.

This location nickel & dimes you at every opportunity! You follow the instructions on your return..."drop off at a UPS STORE & scan return code. They'll print and attach a free label to your return. All done." and then the store SCAMS YOU for $2.00 of tape - less than 10 inches of tape! What a "hustle!" Their "cost" for the tape is approximately 2cents. A 9900% markup - yeah, that seems fair. All while giving you their fake passive/aggressive "too bad, so sad" routine. I can't stand this place!

The young lady that works here is never willing to make any efforts to assist in any way, shape or form. I would never come here again. She makes it so difficult to ship one piece of mail.

I am extremely pleased with this UPS Store! I love the personalized touch they put into each customer's package. I have not had any problems with this store. My packages have been delivered as promised and with care. I prefer sending packages with UPS store instead of the US Post Office, which is very unreliable now. I will continue using this store for my package deliveries.

I can't say enough about how wonderful this location is. Every time I go, they are patient and kind. The young gentleman I just worked with was so courteous and helpful. I also love the classical music they have playing all the time. Makes the experience way more enjoyable! ?

the people who run the ups store seem like they're trying hard but they have been overwhelmed by the amazon return industrial complex. It is WILD how long it can take waiting for people to scan their items with QR codes that only sometimes work and then bag them up. it's frustrating to watch if you're just waiting to drop off a package. I don't blame the shop but I do think they need to come up with a better way to process this glut of stuff because the lines get long with people waiting. shame on amazon for forcing small mom and pop stores to perform even more labor on their behalf SIGH.

Poor service. I got nickel and dimed today for what used to be customer service before the pandemic. I had to pay the UPS store to put a 3 foot tape on the Amazon return box and when I offered to tape it myself using their taping gun, I was told, No, its for employees only. Or I could buy an overpriced roll of tape. Advice - please take your own tape.

I never spend less than half an hour waiting here. I hate coming here as it's slow and disorganized. Went to the Scarsdale ups store and it was night and day. Don't bother coming here all you will do is get annoyed and have to wait and wait and wait.
