I received a gift, a necklace, from this store that was not to my liking and was hoping to exchange it. They refused to grant any exchanges, using COVID as a reason. As if there could be any conceivable public health grounds for such a policy. I would discourage anyone from buying gifts at this store unless they’re OK with the possibility of the gift recipient being stuck with a gift they do not want.
