The young man that works there is one of the most patient, helpful people I have had the pleasure to deal with in a long time. Even if you feel disorganized, he patiently waits for you to get everything in order and you never feel rushed. I have driven past many UPS stores in the last 3-4 years just to come to this one because of how pleasant the experience has been. Great job.

This location nickel & dimes you at every opportunity! You follow the instructions on your return..."drop off at a UPS STORE & scan return code. They'll print and attach a free label to your return. All done." and then the store SCAMS YOU for $2.00 of tape - less than 10 inches of tape! What a "hustle!" Their "cost" for the tape is approximately 2cents. A 9900% markup - yeah, that seems fair. All while giving you their fake passive/aggressive "too bad, so sad" routine. I can't stand this place!

I am extremely pleased with this UPS Store! I love the personalized touch they put into each customer's package. I have not had any problems with this store. My packages have been delivered as promised and with care. I prefer sending packages with UPS store instead of the US Post Office, which is very unreliable now. I will continue using this store for my package deliveries.

the people who run the ups store seem like they're trying hard but they have been overwhelmed by the amazon return industrial complex. It is WILD how long it can take waiting for people to scan their items with QR codes that only sometimes work and then bag them up. it's frustrating to watch if you're just waiting to drop off a package. I don't blame the shop but I do think they need to come up with a better way to process this glut of stuff because the lines get long with people waiting. shame on amazon for forcing small mom and pop stores to perform even more labor on their behalf SIGH.

I never spend less than half an hour waiting here. I hate coming here as it's slow and disorganized. Went to the Scarsdale ups store and it was night and day. Don't bother coming here all you will do is get annoyed and have to wait and wait and wait.

Not good. I had a package sent via this UPS store. It was fragile and while they packaged it up SHE DID NOT OFFER ME INSURANCE ON THE PACKAGE. Of course, the contents were broken upon arrival at its destination. When I went to ask what could be done, she told me that because I didn't insure the package I would only get the money I spent on shipping the items plus any packing charges. However, that was in January and it is now April, so after repeated in person meetings with the owner who told me the refund was coming and that they are very slow about this, I called UPS myself. THERE WAS NO DAMAGE CLAIM EVEN MADE ON THE ITEM I HAD SHIPPED. SHE WAS LYING TO FROM DAY 1. That is a long time to be lied to.

I went into UPS today to ship my Breville Smart Oven which needed repairs. After waiting patiently for over 30 minutes to ship my package, when I got to the counter, the older woman tried to tell me that I had to pay for the packaging. I told her that Breville informed me that packaging was included and that if she would just scan the bar code it would clear everything up. She didn't even look at my bar code to consider the fact that she might be wrong. Instead, she chose to be rude to me and embarrass me in front of the rest of the customers. I felt unwelcomed as soon as I started talking to her. The young Asian associate even tried to step in to assist me and both owners told her not to. It was clear that I as a black man was not welcomed in this UPS store. In a city as diverse as New York, this couple needs to reassess their unconscious bias.

I have no idea what these bad reviews are. Staff is always friendly and fast as they can be given how busy they are. Zero complaints here. Efficient.

Do not waste your time here. The staff is totally incompetent, straight out of a Charlie Chaplin movie. While customers are waiting in line they are slow as molasses while tidying up the store instead of helping customers. The only reason they are still in business is that Bronxville residents are overly polite and tolerate the nonsense. Anyplace else they would have gone bankrupt long ago.

I've been coming here for months besides typical pandemic lines it's been very friendly and professional. Today bc I was returning two oblong shaped Amazon returns, which Amazon provided one code and said no packaging was necessary, the lady at the counter said she couldn't accept the two items unless I bought some tape and taped it all together. Then I realized the bigger item had a bag big enough to fit both, but I just needed a small strip to close the bag back up. Still she wanted me to buy a whole roll even with her two tape guns sitting behind her. I understand if I would use a whole roll that would be too much to give away but for a small strip I'm pretty shocked they couldn't spare that so I could get out of their hair. I'll be going to the UPS In Yonkers High ridge plaza from now on.

Bronxville is a safe area with easy metered parking and plenty of spots to eat. Because it is popular it is crowded around the holidays. They social distance so the line was out the door on December 7th when I sent my international package to the Dominican Republic. While they were friendly the 1 person that does the international shipping did not know a lot about the process. Long story short just fly it there yourself if you can and do not ship International. It cost $500 in the end and got there a month and half later and we almost broke up over this. 2. 5 of 5 stars and that is generous. My story: The package sent on Dec 7th got to the capital on December 10th but was brought to customs. The Bronxville UPS woman's explanation of this process was confusing and inaccurate. The UPS tracking said "held" it then stayed there. I waited and thought they were processing. They were not... when I went in to the store to ask They said for the person I am sending the gift to call DR UPS as they may have to pay taxes and fees. This surprise was not supposed to be a burden on the receiver. I asked if I could pay it and she said know that the Bronxville UPs store could but I would have to bring cash when they found out. I called international department of UPS and found out DR customs requires a form of what the items are be filled out so they could process the taxes. I filled out on the phone for 1 hr with International department. No one said anything so more time was burned. Nothing had been done. The international agent said the taxes would be $5-$50... I went to the Bronxville ups store to have them email it. Days later nothing so I went in again and was given the # to call in DR. I was transferred to 1 of 2 english speaking reps that told me a wire transfer from me or the receiver for taxes could happen...but no other form of payment would be allowed...funny story...Turns out DR customs wanted a slightly different form for then I filled out...no one told me...I had to email and call and call...andliterally the form had the same wording just a box ...so I had to resend. More time burned. After resending and waiting and spending a lot of $ on a international phone plan they finally gave it to customs and customs delayed it. (The form asks for your social security and the number of emails shared that had this document made me feel uneasy). I called to find out what the delay was and DR UPS said they would "rush" /"mark it as priority".... Customs then give me a $250 tax and fee...this was way more then the $5-$50 Range I was told. A wire transfer costs $50 from my bank...and the info DR gave was partially wrong but luckily Chase figured it out. The shipping was initially $200 to start, $250 in taxes, and $50 in a wire transfer so for $500 I shipped my girlfriend jewelry & Xmas gifts on December 7th that arrived in mid to late January for her and her family including children. We almost broke up over this daily stress. All UPS departments had no answer for me on how long it would take and each said something different). For the price of a round trip plane ticket I got it there over a month later. Take that $ and fly it there and spend the weekend. P.S long distance relationships are expensive. LoL

This location of the UPS Store features a super friendly staff who are decidedly knowledgeable and always eager to help. Staff members are super efficient and work so well together that you would swear they were all family (and perhaps they ARE related). Take it from me--you are sure to be amazed by the staff's clockwork perfect customer service! Note that this location can get crowded, especially on the weekends when more shoppers are out and about. And with social distancing in place, you might be in a queue on the sidewalk for a short while. Luckily, however, the line moves fast enough.... so have no fear! Just practice a bit of patience, and you'll have your Amazon returns and packages out to mom on their way in no time. =)

I don't understand the negative reviews. I've been here at least three dozen times over the last six years to have items shipped, notarized, dropped off, printed and shredded. Every time I was met with professional, efficient service. Plus, they usually have a bowl of candy on the counter. I am grateful this business exists within walking distance of my home.

Visited this location to return three echo dots to Amazon. The Rep instructed me to contact Amazon for specifics on combining separate shipping labels and possible costs. Amazon offered reimbursement of additional costs. While on hold with Amazon, another customer came in to ship the exact same device to Amazon. The UPS Rep ( Stephanie) made no issue with his transaction , sold him a box and moved on. When it was my turn to do the exact same thing, the woman went on ask me what I was shipping and attempted to open the manufacturers seal. She even went as far as to use a tape measure to assess the dimensions of the box and asked me why I was returning the item. Minutes and several questions later, I pointed out the obvious: the other customer was a Caucasian man who had no issue shipping his package while I, an African American, woman was given the third degree for the same transaction. Even the Amazon representative on the phone with me and customers onsite realized the mistreatment. The UPS representative blamed her actions on policy and procedures of UPS. Meanwhile, they also suggested that I would be charged extra anything beyond one piece of tape. Finally, after pointing out clear violation of my human rights, my packages were shipped. It's absolutely appalling that we still encounter racism approaching 2020. Even more disgusting is the attempt to construct and apply Jim Crow laws on a whim to discourage African American business. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

I have just moved into the neighborhood and dropped off an expensive return package, which had a pre-label on the package on 19th July @ 3.25pm. I was not offered or given a receipt, which I realize now was a stupid thing not to ask for one, but I have returned packages many times to this company and never had an issue over the years. I bought a greeting card and the assistant gave me a receipt (hence why I know what time I was there). My package was never sent and was not delivered and I'm now $500 out of pocket. I want back to the UPS store and asked if they could help me, as I had the date/time/address etc. The woman I spoke to was rude and very dismissive and refused to help me. Will not step inside those doors again. I will go back to my regular place on Tuckahoe Road in Yonkers where they can be trusted.
