Bizarre experience trying to order online. Emailed me after my order was placed asking for photos of my drivers license and credit card. They didn’t even have the wine they showed in stock online. Offered a different vintage, I said fine. Nothing was sent in the end and never heard back from Kevin, the owner. Whole thing felt like a major scam

Great inventory, awesome service and almost immediate delivery to my home in Los Angeles. I needed a Magnum Dom Perignon Luminous for my BFF's Bday party and they had it, sent it, and I received it with no drama. These guys are solid and all about delivering quality product and great customer service. I will be ordering from Station Plaza Wine & Spirits in the future!

I have found Station Plaza Wine to have excellent wines at very fair prices with excellent service. They are quick and accurate in their service and follow up. Occasionally I have compared their prices with other wine shops and almost always Station Plaza Wines has a substantially lower price than it’s competitors.

Order wine a couple months ago, after calls assuring shipping next week and no replies to emails, wine never came had to dispute with credit card company. Buyer beware, do not buy from these guys. Check Yelp reviews as well.

Inventory on website does not reflect what they actually have in stock. Placed order 4/25, heard nothing & called 5/3 to check and was told ‘we had to order it, it will be here next week and then we will ship to you’. Again, radio silence until calling 5/10 and they said my order was cancelled on 4/26. Really? Terrible communication. 2of5 stars because even if they only have half the advertised wine avail it would still be a decent wine shop.

Do not buy from these crooks, like previous reviewer I bought a couple of bottles from them, charged my product never received it. Followed up with emails and calls, told me it was on its way. Buyer beware.

Ordered online for shipment to another state a few months back, the overall process went fine except for a few of my selections/vintages were not available. So I chose to come back and ordered again. It's been 2 weeks since the order was placed and I just received one email telling me some vintages weren't available, but NO ONE EVEN RESPONDED EVER to the follow-up emails I sent since then. Now I have no idea whether or when they will ship the order. Also saw some other people complaining about their responsiveness and the problematic online ordering system here. Watch out for this if anyone is looking for ordering online.

I ordered a rare bottle of whiskey, for a fair price, and I received it on time and as described, by FedEx. I was contacted by email and asked to supply a photo id and cc with last 4 digits shown, via email. They were polite and answered all of my questions. Thank you.

Review based on the 2 orders i placed online for same day pick up: online ordering system has no correlation to what's in stock. Estimated order pickup time has no basis. Nobody monitors the listed email addresses or online order inquiries. Frustrating. Again, review based only on online orders and store's (absence of) follow up thereafter. Good selection of wine in store, if not haphazardly arranged.Review updated based on 1/6/23 store response: I understand your desire to try to save face by suggesting that the issue is perhaps with my missing an email (i did not miss your email stating estimated same day 4pm pickup). Might I suggest that you missed my several polite follow up emails (and multiple online inquires)? Might you have been absent in sending order updates for the 3 months between when the order was placed and when I finally called to cancel? If you feel that suggesting blame is on the customer for your faulty online ordering system and absence of follow up communication then I would give you a second 1 star review (not cumulatively equaling a 2 star review). I appreciate the well wishes - I am enjoying the wine I wanted which I found and ordered online elsewhere. Happy new year to you also.

They had a rare bottle I wanted and shipped it quickly and easily. It's a rare bottle so I worried it was a scam but totally not. They were great. Almost didn't give a review so I could keep this place secret.

I should have paid more attention to the 2 star rating on Yelp and less on the price of their Le Macchiole Scrio 2016. Its fake. And in hindsight, merely used as clickbait to get people to give them their credit card details thinking that they are ordering wine that Station Plaza Wine does not in fact, own. Station Plaza does not own any of the expensive, hard to buy wine or the associated vintages that they have listed on their website. They just want your credit card details - even going so far as posting payment to your card (which means they have cash in their account) when normally this is only done when shipment has been confirmed and tracking number provided.Not here. And that should have been my first clue that I was dealing with a slippery character. A doos. I ordered a case of Le Macchiole Scrio, and they posted payment immediately. As in that very second. Then 6 Days go by, no tracking number. So I send an email. Two days later, another. Then another.Nothing. Not a word from them. Weeks go by and I neither see my wine nor hear from Station Plaza but a $1k+ line item on my visa card.Simply put, this is not a wine merchant, but someone rolling customer card payments like a ponzi scheme, all without having the wine to sell or inventory to honor the orders.I should have reviewed yelp and google reviews before I dealt with someone new for this amount of money. I would have never ordered from Station Plaza in the first place. Luckily, I have a good relationship with Chase and they merely took this charge off my card within 24 hours. Others might not get off that easily.Net is, avoid Station Plaza Wine.
