Had a pleasant experience at this location. Their selection and prices were great and the the atmosphere was very welcoming. Ended up leaving with more bottles than I came for.

I went online to find a specific wine that we recently tried at a wine tasting. SPW had the wine on their website at a very good price, including the shipping (to Florida). We received our wine, perfectly packaged so the bottles would not be damaged, a little over a week from ordering. We were very pleased with our purchase and would definitely purchase from SPW again. We received shipping updates and tracking information. Thank you SPW for your great selection and service!

I ordered online. All of the items were in stock and shipped on time. I have no complaints. Pretty good selection with competitive pricing.

Stop before you are scammed....Their website looks real with a beautiful storefront pic but I have attached the pic of 102 Kraft Ave, Bronxville, NY from Jan 2022. I was almost scammed when buying a case of wine priced quite nicely but fortunately our credit card company has their number and declined the transaction. As far as the positive reveiws on this site, I will just say to read them carefully.....an example of one 5 star review says "But I advise you to study the price tag and order online" - Hmmmmm that means don't go to the store - I wonder why.

We ordered a few wines and never received them. We tried to call the boutique many times and sent a few emails, but no one replied to them. I hope we can manage to find a solution and get reimbursed.

Like many of you, I should have read the Yelp reviews first. I ordered a "box set" of fairly expensive wines, and received only one bottle, and was charged for all 3 bottles that SHOULD have been in the box set. The total came to more than $1100---good customer, right? Wrong. Here's what is infuriating: Have you ever heard of a business that never answers its phones? Really? If you don't believe me, call 914-337-0631 and see if you ever get a live person. This guy Kevin also pumps out promotional emails all day long, but never answers any emails. He can fight it out with my credit card company, because I'm not paying anything until it is straightened out.

Great selection of wine. I ordered wine through the website because I saw a good price on The prisoner. I ended up getting a bottle of wine for $39.88 instead of $59.99. I think this is a good deal, as other stores have similar wine for an average of $50 or more. P.s. But I advise you to study the price tag and order online, as it's hard to navigate in the store.

I ordered online and later came across the reviews some of which were not favorable. I was concerned initially to be honest. However my personal experience with Kevin and SPW has been terrific and I received my order timely and everything went smoothly! Thank you Kevin :)Photo attached

Bizarre experience trying to order online. Emailed me after my order was placed asking for photos of my drivers license and credit card. They didn’t even have the wine they showed in stock online. Offered a different vintage, I said fine. Nothing was sent in the end and never heard back from Kevin, the owner. Whole thing felt like a major scam

Most bizarre experience with Kevin: after placing an order for wines they purported having, and filling out my credit card details. He sends me an email asking for a picture of my credit card and drivers license. Days later when you think the case of wines would arrive, he informs me they don't have that vintage but have others. So I said go ahead send me the year you have. Two weeks later, and many emails to inquire what happened, no response from him. I have to keep monitoring my credit card to make sure he didn't charge it. Why would someone ask you to send a photo of your credit card by email if they don't even have the wine in stock?

Beware. Asks you to send a copy of your ID to them. Looks like an obvious identity theft attempt. Buy elsewhere.

I have purchased wine over a hundred times from dozens of stores over the years, usually shipped via FedEx. If I am not going to be home, I click "manage delivery" and "hold at location" at the FedEx website. The shipment is then held at a Walgreen's or FedEx office. For my first-ever Station Plaza purchase I got the following message when I tried to redirect the shipment: "At this time, there are no delivery options available online for this shipment." I contacted FedEx, who told me that I was unable to change the delivery because of an arrangement between the seller and FedEx, and that the store would have to make the change. I contacted Station Plaza by phone. They were polite, but were unable to do anything about it, creating a hardship for me that I won't go into. I have never encountered this before when purchasing wine elsewhere - buyers should be aware of this limitation when purchasing from Station Plaza.

Great inventory, awesome service and almost immediate delivery to my home in Los Angeles. I needed a Magnum Dom Perignon Luminous for my BFF's Bday party and they had it, sent it, and I received it with no drama. These guys are solid and all about delivering quality product and great customer service. I will be ordering from Station Plaza Wine & Spirits in the future!
