Usually these people are rude and disgusting for no reason. I forgot his name but he is a light skinned black man. I ship packages at least 10 times a week and I specifically stand and wait for him. He should train these incoming employees so they can see how to treat people. Give him a raise immediately!”

With a wrong city but correct address, Manhasset held my package giving me time to update and retrieve it. My wait was less than 10 mins which is rare with a line of 6 or 7 people. “Easily the best post office I’ve ever used. They have a parking lot (!!) and I’ve gotten to know both postmasters and most of the clerks over the past decade. The staff is professional and efficient and even though at busy times it backs up easily (credit a lot of privileged suburbanites who use the USPS all of once a year and equally unprepared college kids from the two local schools), I have always trusted this post office and the excellent service and support they’ve long given me and my business.”

“Hands down best post office experience! Small location only two people on staff per shift. As o filled out my money order and envelope they greeted every customer and asked how they could assist. They seemed genuinely interested in getting issues resolved and customers in and out of the door efficiently. I was in and out in less than 15 mins and that included the time it took to fill out my paperwork. Super happy with my experience. Extra points for having awesome music playing in the background. Walked and explained whole process to me and what to expect from passport agency in return.I’m from englewood cliffs but when I went there to try and complete my process they were rude, nasty, vial, disgusting human beings yelling and screaming at everyone. Lazy but angry at everyone.I came to tenafly because some of their staff members used to work in englewood cliffs when their post office WAS nicer and wanted a smooth support.”

“This was my 2nd time ever mailing anything out, so I was clueless on what package to get to place my item in, it's price, how to write the addresses and etc, yes literally only 2nd time I mailed anything out, it was pretty busy, and there was only one lady there name Helen fonseca, who I managed to peek at her name badge, I applaud her for one being very patient with me, knowing that most of the questions I asked were probably common sense but I was a bit worried because I was sending a package international and wanted to make sure everything I did was correct, and two even though the line was long she was very nice to every person, meanwhile most people in her shoes shall have a reason to be frustrated, a long line and she's all alone but was taking care of everyone in a swift manner, great customer service indeed. Yes I was that guy that asked a few questions and may have took some extra time and got someone annoyed on the line but she was so patient and helpful.”

“USPS Express 1-Day Envelope vs Fedex Priority Overnight(Fedex PO): Verdict is USPS!I got business documents by Fedex from westcoast for requiring my signature including a return envelop and US postage. I brought to the post office and asked a clark for the fastest service to return the signed documents. John pointed to the shelve and brought him a Flat rate envelop. And I handed the documents and the returned postaged envelope. He created the labels from it on his terminal and printed them. He put them in the envelope and sealed it. I only provided my phone number and handed a credit card. Momentarily I forgot where I was.This is called S-E-R-V-I-C-EThe USPS Express 1-Day product charged me $27.90 for Schedule delivery Date and Time (=overnight), even money back guarantee. I was told the Fedex Overnight charge was $65. John's service was great and USPS Express 1-Day product is the best choice.”
