Johnathan customer service was very poor he did not try to help it was very Annoying because I was told two different things and he did try to help to resolve the problem

I called to see if a notary was available and was told yes. I got in my car and drove 2 miles to the bank where the notary told the teller to tell me she was busy and could see me in about ten minutes. She wasn’t with a customer or on the phone. I was with Peoples a long time, customers don’t come first here. Irritated.
