first time i ever got clothes tailored, just two pairs of jeans. very friendly people both when i dropped off and when i picked up, woman who took my clothes was very accommodating and helpful as i fumbled around with the process. great location, something like $60 for hems on both jeans' legs and one of their waists. picking them up was in-and-out, great place from my experience

Be careful and watchful when you use this dry cleaners business!Place looks clean and reliable on appearance. I gave them to dry clean expensive camel hair wooled Cole Haan sport coat. The item is pricey and delicate, designer garment. The guy (I assume =business owner) reassured me that they do it "dry clean" only and very professionally. To my surprise whenI came to pick my expansive garment I found completely ruined , discolored coat, with same spots and poorly cleaned (if at all) silk liner, ruined leather inserts and linings. My impression it was simply washed or steamed and ironed. Camel wool lining was totally lost.I pointed at those problems and gently asked if he could at least dry clean it again to remove dirt form silk liner so I can donate it.The guy not only was not simply apologetic but started to scream at me and absolutely refused to do anything about it. I did not feel cared , did not fell comforted, i felt bullied out of the store. I am very disappointed.This service as I understand was in he neighborhood for quite a time. Is that a way they treat new customers? Sad...

I went to this store a week ago with a very important dress that I need for a wedding next week. I am a bridesmaids and they lost the belt/sash to to the dress. I will be the only bridesmaid not wearing the same thing as everything else and have ruined the brides day. They told me I lost it, I never brought the belt in, or I must taken it home with me. I took a picture of me wearing it and was told I lost it? I must have taken something home with me that I wanted steamed? Why would I take it home when I paid for?? Not only accusing the customer of lying and having a bad memory. They would not refund and wanted to CHARGE me to make a new belt. Never coming here again. I now have to spend over 100 on original sash to match the dress. Disgusted.

Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I like these folks and they do a good job at what they do. Not the cheapest but I'd prefer quality! I'll be going here regularly and strongly recommend

Expensive. But the best produce in the neighborhood and good for East Asian (nor just Korean) specialty items.Look out for their (produce) specials and if your are able to limit your shopping list to those, your shopping spree won't break the bank.

Love, love, love Palmer Cleaners. Fantastic service and the owners really care for their customers. Since I've moved from Bronxville 1 1/2 years ago I still take the 35 minute drive to Palmer Cleaners. They are the best.

PERFECT IN EVERY WAY. From removing stains, to excellent alterations to clean and fresh smelling. The store is clean, the owners are friendly and knowledgeable and accommodating. I will never go to any other dry cleaner.
