Merit did a fantastic job all around. The owner and his staff take pride in their work and it shows--our car looks like new again!
Personal service was also great, with the Merit team keeping us informed and treating us with respect at every step of the process.
I hope to not have to need their services in the future but, if I do, I won't hesitate to work with them again.

I will never go anywhere else after my experience with Merit. The staff was so friendly, kind and helpful. They regularly gave me updates on my car, advocated for me with insurance and did a wonderful job. Its clear the staff in front of house love their jobs and it clear that Paul treats his employees with respect.

We were very, very impressed. Merit Auto Body gently, constantly called us, to update us on our car's progress, once or twice a week. We never once had to call them to get an update. Plus, they not only fixed the damaged area in question, but went beyond that by fixing other areas not directly impacted, at no extra charge. Plus, they cleaned the entire car, inside and out. The car looks like it did when it was brand new. To say we were truly amazed as such a level of service, is an understatement. In our experienced opinion, you can't go wrong, by going to Merit Auto Body.

So my story is a bit different than most. My car was never repaired by Paul at Merit Auto Body, but it was Paul’s professionalism and integrity that really stood out.
I took my damaged car, as a result of someone hitting me, to Paul for a second opinion. He agreed that my first estimate was a good estimate. Paul knew that I probably wouldn’t be taken my car to him as I live an hour from his shop and it wasn’t convenient.
Paul remained in contact with me asking for the status. He saw how the other party was handling the situation and did what he could to get an ethical outcome. He went above and beyond to help in getting a resolution.
I don’t know any businessman who would go to such lengths to ensure an ethical outcome, especially for someone who probably wouldn’t be a client.
I HIGHLY recommend Merit Auto Body!!!! Paul’s professionalism and outstanding work ethic goes beyond anything I have ever seen.
