“Great experience even tho the circumstances are unfortunate. Responded within minutes of contact, set up an appointment same day as contact. Ensured us that the samples are handled with care. Explained in great detail the process, how samples are being tested as well as when we will receive the results. Was truly a pleasure and made light of the situation.”

“This place is amazing, I scheduled for a dna testing with a lady name ms Yvonne she’s the supervisor and she was amazing very nice spoken, and she booked my appointment and scheduled the appointment with ms Angela she was a very nice well spoken lady, I asked her some questions and she answered all my questions in a nice polite way. We went on a Wednesday and we got our test today on Monday 12:22pm, I highly recommended this place. If u guys need a dna test done this is the perfect place to come to, the price is worth it all! Thank u ms Yvonne and ms Angela for all u help!”

“The best thing about this place is that it takes absolutely no time to get you in and out and never has insurance issues… Furthermore, I have used several insurances and there is never been a co-pay. They get the labs back very quickly… About 24 hours for the basic stuff. It’s a good place to use and costs no money.”

“It so quick! We were in and out in 5-10 minutes. We spoke to the doctor virtually and the nurse gave my son the rapid pcr test. In less than an hour the doctor called with the results and got an email. They emailed the results to the school nurse too. Highly recommend!!!”

“It’s the only place I go for my blood work. I have very thin veins, and I was tired of being poked and bruised by other places. A friend recommended this lab and I couldn’t be happier. Sophie is a sweetheart and so is the other nurse . Every time I’ve been there my blood is ALWAYS drawn on the first try!!!! They are the sweetest, kindest women and very skilled at drawing blood. BEST EVER!!!!!”
“I've been here twice. Very different experiences each time. The first night was fine. Room was quiet, I slept okay, which is about as well as I ever sleep. The tech was fantastic, so that really helped. I didn't love sharing a bathroom with the other patients and having to walk out in the hall with all the electrodes to get there.The second time my room faced the street and it was awful. I could hear everything outside all night. No sleep at all, so I have no idea why their sensors thought I had any. Same tech though, and again, he made it acceptable because he is awesome.I have very mixed feelings about this facility. The high mark is mostly because both the tech and the other people I've dealt with have been nothing but kind and competent and accommodating, even though the place itself could definitely use some improvement.”
“Made an appointment on their app where I could also check in seamlessly. Was taken in within 10 minutes. The only thing I would recommend is that CoFlex or Conan latex tape were available. Many of us are on an anti-coagulants or blood thinners and the latex tape would really make a difference to prevent black and blue marks and hematomas.I was told by the phlebotomist that the company won’t provide this tape (as compared to Labcorp). Why not?

“For starters: this is not the place to go if you are trying to squeeze in an appointment in your busy schedule. When you make an appointment expect a15-20 minute wait with a potentially longer wait if it's busy. Be mindful that there's only one person working at this location.
However, you will receive wonderful service. The office is clean and sanitary. The lady who did my blood draw, Katie was an absolute delight!”

“i had a good experience for a walk-in. waited about 15-20 mins. the lady who drew my blood was very attentive and kind. the only issue is the check-in process… it was fine for me, but without a spanish option a lot of the older people without english fluency were struggling and the front desk lady didn’t seem to be helping.”
