Scumbags. This is the easiest and most unfortunate review I’ve ever given a business.So what happened? My spouse intended to sell a gold bracelet she no longer wanted. Clearly, the gold itself was where the value resided. They offered her $1,075 for well over an ounce of gold. The following day (today) I brought the same piece to another jeweler because I’m apparently a bit better informed than my spouse was about the current price of gold. I was immediately offered well over 2x LaGravinese’s offer that she was offered **less than 24 hours before**.Really? Is that actually how we succeed in business these days—by clearly trying to take advantage of people are unsuspecting and a little more trusting of their local, neighborhood jeweler? I now know better, as does she.

Outstanding customer service with the utmost integrity. I had a few links removed from several new watches as well as replacement batteries. There was a minor problem with the repairs which they immediately worked to fix. They could not have been more gracious in completing the work required for a more than reasonable price. Great jewelers. Beautiful merchandise.

A great family business with impressive industry experience and very high-quality jewelry! I helped my brother design his wife's engagement ring at LaGravinese several years ago, and Robby has been my go-to jeweler ever since. He made my engagement ring, all of my wedding jewelry and many gifts for my family members. Every single piece has been so gorgeous and unique, and the customer service is exceptional. Highly recommend!!

I have been a long time patron of LaGravinese in Bronxville. Robbie and Paulette and the whole staff are great. They pay such attention to detail and do amazing repairs and designs. My latest was a pendant that they helped design into a ring. I am so happy with it! Thanks again!

I have use this jeweler in past and was very happy with the results. Today I broke the latch on a necklace and went to LaGravinese Jewelers , I spoke with Matt who repaired the latch at no cost. I highly recommend this jeweler they are wonderful.

The only jewelers I use. I've used this jeweler Robert and his sons for years. I have a warranty w zales, I broke my warranty so I can have a trusted jeweler work on my wedding ring. I've not only had my wedding ring, but other rings worked on, as well as purchased other items through them. My #1 go to jeweler when you want great work done

Fabulous service from Robert and his sons …but after 47 years in business in Bronxville that makes total sense !!You know they must be doing it right !I went to the store today to do some small things, but everyone was super helpful and the pricing very fair. There were so many great looking pieces in cases that I am going to have to come back soon to treat myself !Five stars all around ?

They are the best! Robbie and Matt are very helpful and know their stuff. They resized and fixed my husband's ring for our wedding (it was his uncles and way too small and the stone fell out) as well as cleaned mine (my mother's engagement ring) and fixed a variety of family "heirlooms" (mostly costume but sentimental) perfectly and at a great price! They're honest, talented and an exceptional business! Highly recommend.

This place is excellent! I always have the greatest time working with Lagravenise. Robby is amazing and knowledgeable. The customer client experience he provides is personal and top notch. He truly cares about his work and clients. I bought an engagement ring - and mine and my wife’s wedding bands here. I will continue and always go here for any and all jewelry needs.

Beware! La Gravinese Jewelers in Bronxville is a ripoff!I am a U.S. Army Veteran and a Senior Citizen. I went into La Gravinese Jewelers 115 Pondfield Road, Bronxville NY to get batteries replaced in 3 watches. A young man said it was $20 a battery. I told him I had been getting batteries changed in my watches for $5 to $8 a battery. He said everything went up and that’s the price. He also said that they did not give any Military discounts. I left and called 3 other Jewelers in the area and these are the results:Twin Jewelers, 637 McLean Avenue, Yonkers, New York said because I’m a Veteran, they would do it for FREE. I said you can’t get better than that.Team Jewelers, 67 Gramatan Avenue, Mount Vernon, NY said that because I’m a Veteran, they would do it for one dollar.La Gravinese Jewelers, 99 5th Avenue, Pelham, NY, another location of the family business, said that because I am a Veteran, they would do the 3 watches for $25. More in the range of showing respect for the Military.La Gravinese Jewelers in Bronxville showed their complete disrespect for Veterans and their air of entitlement and greed. Everyone should avoid this Jeweler completely as you will never know how many other corners they will cut and how the customer will be getting ripped-off for greed and profit.
