Carol is fantastic! She does a fabulous job at repair and reworking old jewelry. Prices are reasonable and even though her shop gets busy with costumers, she makes you feel like you are the only one in the store.

I had gotten recommend to Bronxville jeweler a by a few friends and I don't regret it at all. I purchased the most perfect and one of a kind engagement ring with no hassle. They will find you the perfect diamond for a good price. I had also purchased other pieces since than and I will definitely be purchasing more. Both John and Michelle are great people and will assist you in every way possible!

This place is overpriced and the workmanship is shoddy. Went in to get my engagement ring re-sized from a 7 to a 5.5-6. I was on the fence about if I should go all the way down to a 5.5. Jeweler told me he could do a 5.75, which seemed perfect. Was charged $90 for a resizing down, when I came back it was still a 6. I figured OK fine, after all I was the one being indecisive about the size, and took it home. It was still loose, but on looking closer the shank had been thinned out and was totally uneven. There was also a scorch mark from whatever tool he'd been using. Pretty annoying. I called to complain, they told me to come back and they would fix it no problem. That seemed promising. I returned the following weekend. They resized it down again, now to a 5.5 which is fine, but the shank is still all uneven and thin compared to the rest of the ring. I would never return here, it was such a huge disappointment for a very sentimental piece of jewelery. Their only redeeming characteristic is that they are friendly, but the prices and workmanship are absurd.
