No complaints. Alteration was done exactly as I requested and dry cleaning always comes back super clean and in a timely manner. I recommend this place for your dry cleaning and alteration needs. Walking distance from where I live, so very convenient as well.Services: Organic dry cleaning

This is a horrible dry cleaners. I had the worst experience here. I brought a dressed in to be cleaned on Wednesday and told them I needed it Friday because I had an early wedding Saturday. She told me it would be done by Thursday so I could come in anytime from 7:00am to 7pm. I asked 3 times - to be sure- if I could come in before 10am to pick it up - she waved her hand & repeated - yes, we're open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. So Fri. I rearranged my schedule so I could get the dress before all the other appointments I had that day & when I got there at 10am she said the dress wasnt even here & it's not done yet and starts calling somebody speaking in Chinese. She took so long on the phone that I got a $65 ticket parking ticket outside & then I had to come back later that evening to pick it up. I paid for the cleaning $15. And I when I got home I smelled the dress to make sure it was clean - and only half the dress was cleaned (you can smell the chemicals I was shocked. They obviously don't give a darn about the clients needs or in what they say they'll do or won't do. So I'm out $80 for a dress it wasn't even cleaned. Horrible service & small cluttered horrible place. Go somewhere else.

This has been my go-to place for cleaning and dry cleaning of clothes for a number of years. She will do basic repairs and alterations. I have also had her for a suit for me that I purchased through the mail.
