The staff is very professional, kind, knowledgeable and patient. The price is reasonable. I will definitely buy another puppy from Zoo Rama. I also recieved a lot of great gifts for my puppy.

We purchased our Wolfe from Zoo-Rama a few weeks ago and they have become like family already. Very friendly, knowledgeable and they really care for their animals. They have given us so many tips even after bringing him home and have really held our hand throughout this experience. The staff is friendly and the groomer is careful. Very happy to have walked into this pet shop.

Great place to purchase a dog! The staff is amazing and super helpful when trying to find the right breed. I bought my chihuahua from them in Feb 2023 and she is healthy and a love bug! When it's time to find another furry family member, we'll be coming back here!

My boy friend and I had a wonderful experience here! We went in just to look and walked out with our new baby! The puppies are healthy and they really make sure you take the proper care of the puppies. The pricing in my opinion is worth it because they basically give you a whole puppy starter pack. They give you food, treats, a bed, pee pads, an outfit, toys, and a free vet visit. I'm so happy we were able to find our baby, we are so happy ?

This is the saddest place I ever been in. I can’t wait for them to get closed down… project in action… this ain’t right puppies in cages 24hours don’t get walked or don’t played with. Someday they don’t open up!!! Just sad!!!

Bought my dog from here they provide the best service for grooming the lady groomer does an outstanding job definitely recommend going here I got my dog groomed at pet Smart he left depressed I got him groomed here he’s been playing and full of happiness 100/100

I did not go to visit this Store. I went by the reviews. I called and a nice woman asked how she could help. She informed me that she just sold a Cavalier 2 weeks ago, but will call Breeder and find out when another may be available. There was excessive barking so a bit hard to hear, but if they do get my favorite Breed in, I will go. Her price was so resonable as well, compared to NY Breeder Pet Store. I will follow up this week and update.

This is one of the best pet shops I’ve ever gotten a pet from! When I got my puppy, they were extremely helpful with payment plans, communication and were very responsive. When my puppy got sick they helped out immensely with the vet and insured she was healthy and taken care of as well as checking in on her. My little one is happy and healthy!!I highly recommended purchasing a puppy here!!!
