The manager Jocelyn is an absolute terrible person. She is miserable. I bought a bunch of things for an event and wasn’t sure which I would wear. I ended up wearing two of the pieces, but was left with four unworn pieces of clothing when I went to go return the four pieces of clothing that were unworn. She was making up excuses on why I wasn’t able to return it. I’m not sure if it affects her salary which can’t be much anyways, but I’m extremely disappointed and will not be returning. It’s a shame that these big companies hire such terrible people to run their stores. I have reached out to above parties and they are willing to investigate so hopefully the store will get better Management.

I went here to buy my company party outfit. The ladies were very nice and patient. There was one specifically there, i think her name was Jessica....she was so polite and was also trying to find shoes for me. I loved her honesty, input and kindness. Looking forward to return to the store.

I did some last minute shopping with my daughter looking for prom dresses and graduation dresses. Thank God I found this store. They had some beautiful dresses. I found some nice accessories as well. I will definitely visit again.

Great store ! Its can get a bit stuffy during its peak hours but the staff move through it and give you the best customer service. Rebecca was extremely kind and helpful when it came to looking for an outfit. She worked with my style and even gave a me a nudge to try something new. Would come here again !

The staff were extremely helpful. My daughter was able to find two dresses that she loved. The manager was very understanding and patient as we weren't easy to deal with at times. We will definitely return as the prices were reasonable as well.

Big thank you to Swayann and Chelsea for helping us out today. I came with my sister and my niece to search for a perfect dress for my nieces first prom. It’s their first year in the US so prom shopping is new to them. I was a bit nervous to shop since my niece was really picky with the style dress she wanted. They were very patient and willing to help us even though they were busy obviously doing other things and helping other customers. They gave us multiple dress options and even helped us with jewelry and shoes to match. We were glad that we got everything for prom all at one place. I will definitely be visiting again to shop.

I came to this location to shop for my vacation since it was a last minute trip. I have been shopping with Windsor for a while but this was my first time at this location in bay plaza. My first experience was very good thanks to the amazing help i got from the 2 lovely ladies that were working when i was there. I seen a black jumpsuit that they had on a mannequin which was the only one left in my size and the worker Sway was kind enough to take it off for me. I explained I wanted it for a 90s theme dinner so she also helped me find a nice gold chain to go around my waist with some gold earrings and a chain. The other girl that was there, I believe she said her name was Chelsea also was very sweet to help me find other cute outfits for my trip. She basically found a full outfit for all the activities I told her I was going to be doing. Wonderful service here, I will be coming here more often.

Ever since I discovered this Windsor store located in Bay Plaza mall Ived been so happy to find such a diversity of styles that actually fit me nice and make me look and feel younger and sexier than ever. Came here for a dress last minute to attend a wedding and it did not disappoint.They have fitting rooms, it’s very budget friendly. Just not many shoe options.
