This pharmacy is terrible, very bad service, the medicines are lost, they do not prepare them on time and they are very unkind to the people who are going to pick up the medicines. My experience is very bad. I also experienced a moment of racism because of my language in this mocking pharmacy.

Going to this Walgreens is a nightmare. I was trying to get a refill, but they keep putting me on hold non-stop--they pick up the line and immediately place the call on hold. I can infer that they wanted me to give up and hang up. Please hire people who care for others.

Walter the manager at the location on 49 west fordham rd is outstanding! He went above and beyond to facilitate the transfer and printing of pictures I needed asap.
