Worst pharmacy ever! Received call that my meds were ready. Went to pick them up and not only were they not ready, i had to wait well over an hour. This happened 3 times. I’m sure I am not the first customer they’ve driven away. CVS, here I come.

Went to this store today and was told by a Spanish lady that I could not exchange an item I purchased from another store. She said to go back to the store I purchased it from. She did not even scan the receipt. Completely and out of place. The corporate office should have a policy that explains to the workers and to people that patronize this store.

This place is very short staff, the Pharmacy is always swamped and medication runs out. It is very hard to get anyone over the phone.

I walked into Walgreens today frustrated over continues issues with my prescription coverage. I walked in upset and when my turn was called up by the young lady at the pharmacy register I immediately demanded to speak to a manager. Thankfully the young lady at the register Pharmacist Technician Naeli ask me if she could try and assist me first. I agreed and thru her patience and professionalism she resolved my issues. Naeli you are an asset to Walgreens. Thank you for your excellent customer service. I really appreciate it.

If I could give zero stars, I would
The pharmacy has absolutely the worst customer service, not only in person, but also via telephone
They keep you on hold for over 45 minutes and continuously hang up. The attitude that these employees have is absolutely disgusting. If you don’t like your job, then leave it! Would not recommend this location To anyone

Called and left on hold for an hour. Then they finally pick up and immediately end the call. Unbelievable. I won't be back.

Bad service. My wife is pregnant and overtime I go to the pharmacy it takes me an hour an minimum. Today was the day that I'm fed up with this. My wife needs medication and we've called 2 hours in advance because we know how they are witu toming. And they gave us 1 out of six medications. The service is absolutely HORRIBLE. Please save yourself a favor and find yourself a better pharmacy. We told them that it had been an emergency and when we arruves they told us they could not serve me because it's was 27 minutes before they closed. Please don't come here it's absurd how horrible they are.

Near zero chance of getting someone on the phone. When you call, they put you in a continuous hold loop that ends with the call dropping. Woman who was supposed to call another pharmacy to have my medication transferred here never ended up doing it so I lost a week and the only way I found out was by continuously (trying) to contact them. Woman who did finally answer the phone a week later was clueless and unapologetic about the oversight. Never using this Walgreens for medication, or patronizing the store, period. Sucks that the Rite Aid down the block closed down. This store sucks.

This is the worst Walgreen I’ve ever dealt with. The pharmacy people decide when and how long they will open and you can’t do nothing about it. This location should just be closed !On Thursday they closed earlier ,on Friday they didn’t open at all. And on the weekend they decided to not open at all. So come back Monday for your medication ?♂️…And when they open the pharmacy team is barely helpful.SHUT IT DOWN PLEASE

This is the worst pharmacy ever - they never answer the phone and when they do they just put u on hold. they simply just don’t care to help u- they see you as an annoyance - save your time and go somewhere else.
