Terrible!! Yesterday, Sunday, 6/23/24, at Walgreens on Westchester Square in the Bronx at around 7:35 pm, the girl who was fixing things at the pharmacy was too despotic, my girl touched a toy with my supervision to see if we would buy it. and she, with an arrogant tone of voice, told him not to touch anything if he's not going to buy omg, but I mean, you can't even pick up a toy to check it or touch it to see how it sounds because he was already arrogant, looking with his unfriendly face and To end the day at the checkout, the guy, a man who was at the checkout, was more despotic to serve! GENTLEMEN, DO NOT HIRE PEOPLE WHO DO NOT WANT TO WORK ON SUNDAYS OR WHO DO NOT HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER TREATMENT. THEY GIVE TERRIBLE SERVICE. THEY ARE BORED OF GOING TO WORK. LEAVE THEM AT HOME. DON'T HIRE THOSE TYPES OF PEOPLE!!

I was assisted by employee Aiden!
Aiden was super courteous, professional, and kind! He went above and beyond!!! He immediately came from behind the desk and asked me if I needed assistance.
I am usually stressed when getting my passport pictures. Aiden made the process stress free!!!
I am not sure if Aiden is a manager, however if he has not already been hired as such, he definitely should be considered for a managerial position.
Thank you so much Aiden for your excellent customer service!

This I'd really very unprofessional. I went twice to pick up some photos. April 30th the lady started printing the photos and told me to come back the next day. I go o. MAY 1st 2024 and someone sees me standing there asked me.if I needed help I said im here to pick up my photos the employer said there is no one working at the photos and didn't even bother on checking if the photos where done or no... This place is one of the worst I have seen in Bronx unfortunately I wish to give zero stars. Now I have to come back for the third time.

Pharmacy desk clerk doesn’t understand half what ANYONE says to her, pushy and undermined. Definitely changing pharmacy. People using this service are HUMAN AND WITH ILLNESSES not an assembly line.

Up until this year this was one of the best Walgreens in the bronx. At the pharmacy counter it's now impossible to get.your medication. They have 2 ladies that do not know English or Spanish and have no idea how to use the Walgreens system. I've been getting my medication at this location for about 10 yrs never ever had an issue until now. These ladies never find my name in the system and when they do they never find my refills even thou I requested refill online 1 days before or I called and spoke to someone and confirmed I had refills. When these 2 ladies are at the counter the line is ridiculously long at times from one side of the store to another because they have no clue what they are doing. You hear people complaining and even the manager walks around and sees this and does nothing. I've even spoken to other employees and they say they have also complained about these 2 ladies but it goes to deaf ears. Today I went to pick up my asthma pump which I requested refill online 2 days ago, she looks it up and tells me tou have no medication. I go yes I have my asthma pump and show her the email confirmation, she says thats a system error you have nothing in system. One of her co-workers who knows me goes next to her checks and says yes here it is give us 10 mins and it'll be ready. This lady has no business being in the pharmacy area when she has no idea what she is doing. God forbid they allow her to actually prepare peoples medication, that'll not only be disastrous ut a big lawsuit for Walgreens. The other thing is it is hard to visit since they now since the allow the Auto Body Shop next door and Post office use the parking and there is no parking to be able to go in. All the spots are full and when you go in the only line is at the pharmacy and even if wach person had a car it still wasn't enough to fill each space. Signs of 30 min parking are just for show. It says it's Walgreens parking but obviously it's not and again manager doesn't do anything about like calling the Tow truck to start towing cars away of.people that are not Walgreens Customer like the sign says. There was a time this Walgreens was accessible and never an issue in parking or pharmacy. Now it's become the worst in the Bronx. I don't recommend it at all I've already started in changing my prescription, my mother and uncle to the family pharmacy in my neighborhood which has parking and knowledgeable pharmacist that know what they are doing.

I really like this Walgreens. The employees are sweet and it’s a great staple of the neighborhood. Has everything you’d need and well stocked skincare and beauty section!
