Believe the reviews. This place is a joke. I stood by the register patiently waiting to ring out. Several different employees and the manager each looked me in the eye and decided that mopping or putting out fresh shopping bags was more important than letting me pay.

My wife has stage 4 terminal Cancer. After giving me the run on trying to get a anxiety medication filled. When they had 5 days to contact the doctor. So that was B.S.!! She had the nerve to tell me shes having a bad day... I'm sorry we're having a bad life and it doesnt fit in your schedule. I'll leave the woke staff to Karma..

Let me start off by saying the staff is courteous and friendly. I had a question for the Pharmacist. Her name is Karen and she was GREAT! She was patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Karen answered all of my questions and ended our conversation with a smile. I would definitely go back to that Walgreen’s location. Thank you Karen.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!. Please NEVER send prescriptions here, they always close randomly and claim it's an "emergency" that happens at least 2x a week. I've come here 3 times and they were closed EVERY TIME despite their listed hours. Needs to be shut down

Pharmacy needs to do better long wait I seen 2 people they had to tell them the medicine wasn’t ready because someone didn’t put it in the day before just sad , the workers are helpful tho

The WORST customer service.. rude, lazy and slow. They do the absolute bare minimum. Mainly referring to the young, skinny AA man at the counter. Refused to help me and then refused to even ask other staff if they knew the answer to my question or could help me with what I was asking. He told me that whoever helped me before was doing me a favor. So basically don't expect him to help you. Customer service is seriously lacking.

I will take into consideration that we are in a pandemic and the businesses are doing the best they can. As far as the store it self besides always long lines it's ok. BUT... the PHARMACY IS DISGUSTING. Without fail I can be sure there will be a problem with the prescription wether they don't have the meds or the never received it only to be proven wrong every single time. Very unorganized and the techs are RUDE.... I have so many refills but once done can't wait to change pharmacies.

If I could give it a zero star I would. I'm on line waiting to pay for my items. There is an employee at register and an older man waiting to ask question at an empty register. This lady was on her phone asking the employee at the register where are the razors. She goes between the two customer to look behind the counter. At this point another employee comes and is taking care of the older man. She asked the employee at the register to see some of the razors, now the other employee also starts to take care of her. At this point I'm telling her there is a line, and that I'm next. I'm also letting the employee that is helping her tn aae thing, now she is getting loud saying she just wants to see I'm telling her to get online because she is taking away from the people online. At this point one employee acts like he has no idea what's going ,the other employee is ignoring everything. There is a security guard just watching her with no masks disrupting everything, I walked out in order not to make a bigger scene or put my hands on her because now she was screaming WITH NO MAsK ON!!! And the employee just watching. I'm just completely confuse how all that is ok. I live in the area and it's truly the worst Walgreen, pharmacy I have ever enter.

The pharmacist was rude and suggested I was poor because my insurance expired without my knowledge. Will be using a different pharmacy.
