My Bella was handled with care, and updates were sent along the way. I have never had such a great groomer for my dog. She looked so pretty and clean, and she smelled like the cutie she is.

Appointment by text, the groomer waited until I was at her front door to tell me she doesn't want to groom my 1 year old yorkie pup because she's "too matted" I had sent her pictures 2 days prior to the appointment and seriously said right to my face, I knew she was matted when she saw the pictures, my issue is if you knew this 2 days prior why waste 2 days of my time with an appointment you didn't have the intent to honor. This was a complete waste of my time. You can't even go inside the establishment. The groomer asks to hand your dog at the door, but from a glance, this place looks dirty.

I was in front of the door and read that I had to text before entering. I text the establishment and explained that I was in the front and was trying to see the place before I bring my dog here and they wrote back, that they are too busy to come to the door. You can't even see inside the place and the exteior looked DINGY,so I wanted to make sure first. One thing for me is customer service ,My money isn't given to just anyone.. Soo not a problem...NEXT...

Bought my dog here for an 11am appt. Called after 2 hours and she said dog wasn't ready. Waited another 2 hours and still nothing. Decided to go and check what was going on. She told me she was running behind. I asked to give me back my dog so i can feed her and walk her bc she was in a cage for over 5 hours. She closed the door on me and said to wait. Banged on the door until my dog was given to me. Never again did I bring her back. 5 hours in a cage and nothing was done. Then about 4 days found out my dog had fleas. Terrible place.

Took my pet here and had a fantastic experience. Joanne was attentive to my pet needs. Worked with my schedule. And my pet came out fresh and clean. I would definitely recommend and come back monthly. Thank you!!!!!

I literally loved this place & I recommend her to anyone ! Joanne always compromises to fit chase in her schedule. She does an amazing job, and always confirms the haircut style I want prior to getting the job done. She took care of my baby since I first got him, even when he caught fleas! She is literally amazing !

This woman is extremely rude and disrespectful. She seriously has an attitude problem. The way she acts as if we are doing her a favor by bringing our new 5 month old Yorkshire terrier to her is beyond me. Consider another profession if you have an issue with dealing and speaking with people. Felt so uncomfortable that I demanded she hand over my puppy after she shampooed him. I had to take him home and blow dry him. I was so disgusted by her behavior, she should be ashamed. If I could give her zero stars I would!

Joanne is a very caring groomer. I’ll be the first to admit my dog is not the easiest customer - very snappy! But that didn’t faze Joanne. Very impressed!

The owner was very nice to us, but a bad job was done on our pet. When we picked up our pet from the shop we were all excited and didn't notice it. Once our pet was home and we check him, the job was horribly done. It looks like a three year old did the job.

My daughter took her kids skiing and snowboarding for 4 days as they needed to get out!. So she asked me to watch their dog Chewy 11 year old Boston terrier. I decided to get him cleaned up and his nails cut. We made an appt and took him. In two and a half hours he looked and smelled like a new dog. I couldn't be happier with the results. They cleaned his ears. He smelled so good. He walked better with nails cut. Thank you so much. signed Chewy

JoAnn the groomer is amazing. She has been at this location for nearly 20+ year without incident! She takes care of all dogs/cats especially bad, matted or not so good without grooming dogs like her own. She is patient, professional and reliable. Also very accommodating during these Covid times. I also like how we can call or text which can be convenient at times. She has earned a life long customer here and I recommend Waggin Tail's to any pet owner !

I happened to walk by today and was curious to see that it was open, the groomer was just returning a dog to its owner. Since we are in the midst of a pandemic and it is a non-essential business, I was quite surprised to see it open. I made an appointment for later that day for my dog who was in serious need of a cut. Approx. 20 minutes after dropping my dog off, I get a text stating that it would cost $120 cash only. I was shocked. I am usually charged between $60 and $85 max. I texted immediately to stop. I would pick her up right away. The lady tells me that she is in the bath and she has already shaved her previously and that even if she gave her to me wet, it would still be $100! She said I better wait till she is finished and the cost would be $120. I asked her why so expensive and she told me the dog had matted fur. My dog had only a few matted spots an her belly. She refused to come down on the price. When I picked up the dog she would not let me see her unless I paid her. The dog's haircut was very simple and she basically just shaved her down. Nothing fancy, and some uneven spots. I don't understand how she has the nerve to charge almost double. This is price gouging at it best! She takes advantage of dog owners during a pandemic crisis when we are all struggling. Do not bring your dog here. This lady does not deserve our business.
