People seem nice but the people who handle the killing and defeathering and cutting don’t know what their doing, got an 8lb duck got maybe 5lbs back missing the chest back and what not it’s wild, customer service was great tho but the butchering not so much, wish I opened up the bag before I left, I’m very disappointed
