Stopped by today to get a watch fixed at around 12:30pm. They told me that I will get a call within an hour. I waited around the area and no call happened. I walked back inside their store and they had told me that they didn't start working on my watch. They told me to wait another 30 minutes to an hour and that I'll receive a call. Again no call happened. I waited around the area until 4pm. I went back inside and asked for my watch and they didn't do anything at all. I LITERALLY wasted about 3 and half to 4 hours of my time waiting for NOTHING. This is absolutely the worse feeling. Definitely never going back EVER again!!!
