Horrible. Had to redo them. The first guy used any electric nail filer on my toes and went too close to my skin and cut me. The paint he did on my nails was horrible and the second guy who took over didn’t do any better!!!!! Added no lotion to my hands or feet. I left with hands n feet nails dryer then when I came in. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Worst place I’ve ever gotten a pedicure !! The man literally left blue soap on my foot. When I asked for something extra he didn’t understand and instead of asking someone he tried to proceed the process like I didn’t say anything at all. Definitely didn’t like his job. I paid 5$ extra for French and he tried to paint the thinnest white line. No undertone pink. Horrible experience for my first time there will never come again ! The place looks too fancy to have such bad service.

It’s been 2 days and the gel has separated from the nail. The white gel nail polish is chipping off… The corner of the nail broke in the matter of two days…. Went to the shop with receipt to show proof of Date and location and was told I would have to pay to get them fixed after it hasn’t been 48 hours since getting my nails done. Do not go here

Got my nails done with Jennifer.she rushed the whole process when I spoke up about things I would have liked fixed she didn’t even double check to see if I was happy with it. She didn’t even touch my cuticles, French was streaky and sloppy. She didn’t even measure my nails correctly to see if they were all the same length. I was tired of telling her. Not happy with my service.
UPDATE: got my nails done on the 17th it is now the 23rd. & one of my nails is already lifting. ?

I came here for the first time & did my nails with Chase & he did not disappoint. Fast, attentive to details & nice. I definitely recommend this place. Ask for Chase, he won’t disappoint.

I went in on a Friday afternoon to get spa manicures with my boyfriend which had listed on their website and I showed them & they still did not honor. They were so confused. We ended up getting regular manicures. Again there was more confusion as they could decide where to sit me despite the place being empty (i noticed this happen with a couple of other people who went in after me) . No one used words everyone just grunted. Then the manicures were awful. No shape to the nails, it was regular polish, she pained it on like gel polish. It was really a mess. I would not recommended.

This place is wonderful it's clean everyone is respectful and extremely helpful. Chase did my nails and I am absolutely unlove with them he is so fun very creative and works fast never missing a step.

I had a bad experience here They reached out I spoke to a manager who told me I could come in and they would take care of me then another manager is telling me they dont know anything about it and I would not get completely taken care of can I have a specific number to call please

Unsanitary and unprofessional service. They rushed me through a gel mani & pedi and destroyed my cuticles. I was bleeding and asking for them to wipe and sanitize the area and they kept saying they didn’t understand and kept filing away. The tech had a dirty napkin he used to wipe his hand with and used that to dry off my hands and feet after I kept saying no. No warm towel or anything.
They filed my fingers and toes AFTER finishing gel application because they didn’t properly clean all the dust off before applying polish. And had the nerve to try to upsell me the entire time.
Avoid this place.
