I was having issues with my phone after transferring my service from another cell company, I went to the Verizon store in Co op city and they resolved my issue after not having proper cell service for over a month. Gerardo and Sheila were was amazing. They were very knowledgeable and courteous. That's my new favorite Verizon store now also great customer service. I'm I finally have proper cell service again. I'm so grateful to Gerardo and Sheila. ??

The customer service at this location is simply the worse. No one helps and they have a terrible demeanor. Do NOT go there you’ll be disappointed.

The worst service ever ! I went to get my phone fix and everyone was so unhelpful. They made me wait so long for them to mess up my phone and put it on sos mode which is not what I went into the store for . This has not been the first time I’ve had horrible service from this store . These people don’t care about their jobs and go on break mid service while you are waiting . I am switching from Verizon because of them .

Shameika is a gem. Very professional. Every time I go into the Bay Plaza location she takes her time and explains everything to me while recommending new products.

I was dealing with Kevin which was basically telling me he can’t do much and only a manger could which was named Jamal who stood there seeing me in frustration still never made his way to help me and made me wait 2 n half hrs purposely very un professional and bias as to he used his power and forcefully made me wait those 2 hrs plus when he felt like it he fixed my problem literally in 5 min he really had me feel so powerless and un appreciated also humiliated and I was late to pick my kid at school cause she was not able to call my phone cause he chose to make me wait purposely this individual should not be someone representing a company I pay for made me feel very un valued as a paying customer and so powerless after I asked why he made me wait he said to me let’s start over my name is Jamal smiled and walked away from me

I came to drop off home equipment was told they don't accept it. They are just a wireless store. There is big sign in the back that says "Home"

I visited the store last week to open an additional line for my mom and the individual who assisted us Sean N. was so incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating. He was so patient and explained things thoroughly. Most importantly treated my mom with so much respect. I hope he receives some recognition for his kind and respectful spirit. Sean, thank you so much for your customer service.

I went to the Verizon store on bartow ave in bay plaza in the Bronx and I wanted to purchase a iPhone 15, one of the sales person said someone will help in like 15mins so me and my friend waited. it was about 130pm Jan 1 2024 we wait for like 20min and a sale person came to help and got the information and had us wait another 15min to tell me that they were not activating phones today to come back tomorrow, which the store was empty and I over heard the sales person tell his co worker that they are closing earlier then the time said on the sites which was 5pm. Verizon this is not looking good for your business especially to start the new year off. I might think about switching carriers.

Verizon, they have very poor service and also when I signed the contract they lied to me my contract is not like they said, and I’m losing almost one thousand dollars and I am going to leave Verizon forever
