Only gave 2 stars because they were nice. Other than that I wish I would've read these reviews because I had leave without my nails completely done n get them fixed elsewhere.

Poor customer service on multiple levels.Several baby sized roaches crawled on my feet and 1 on my legs as I sat at the dryers. I killed 4, which is why I say several. My companion actually pointed one out on me, as I watched a larger water bug actively dying on it's back next to the pedicure chairs.I am introverted and struggle with speaking up on my own behalf, otherwise, I think NO ONE should tolerate how gross this actually is to experience in a place of business.What sent me was that during and at the end, the tech had the audacity to act like I was going to run off with already smudged nails (had to keep walking back and forth because they kept going on and on about paying AS SOON AS the tech was done with my nails and toes wth? And the guy you pay is at the front of the store, I was at the back of the store). Most certainly will not go back or ever recommend.Was a truly unpleasant experience in what should have been an after work treat. I am also not a regular there, so they genuinely didn't care about me. I loved the color I chose, but that lasted less than a week due to the smudging and soon after the chipping of the polish within a day or two. While my toes were also smudged, the color lasted (with chipping and smudging that I covered over with top coat etc) about 2 weeks and I got a lot of compliments on the color. Also, ol' girl did scrub the meow outta my feet during the prep for the manicure, which I appreciated since I'm on my feet all day. I give 2 stars, albeit problematic toward the middle and end, for her tenacious feet scrubbing.

I'm giving it a 3 star because they were able to accommodate me and are friendly. However, the work could have been better. I did dip powder.

The guy (owner) who writes down the appointment is extremely rude. I made an appointment with a specific person but they made an error in their end and blamed it on me saying that I never made an appointment. He had a really bad behavior and doesn’t treat his customer right including his wife Vanna.Services: Pedicure

I went for a pedi first time.I went with Luz. She did an amazing job! Will definitely come back. The place looks runs down but they are very strict with wearing mask ? which I like. cash only! That’s why the 4stars, I had to run to chase and come back.

Great place to get your nails done. The owner is amazing managing the business and delivers great customer service. Shout out to Ruby and Lisa for making my nails look beautiful.

Nails are cheap but never last more than a week Service is super slow Waited 3hrs and they still messed up my nails The manager didn't even care to fix them. They lost a customer mind you I used to go there A LOT but I was just too nice.
