I give this 4 stars for now only because when I went in the store I saw a sign that says "No refund or exchange on ANY footwear" but on the receipt it says "Refunds within 7 days and exchange within 14 days with receipt and tags, unused and in original condition" so then what exactly is it then? If I try on a pair of boots/sneakers and they seem to fit me there and when I get home and start walking around with them and then start feeling uncomfortable, I can't return them?? I am not going to be walking around the store for 20 minutes to see if I feel comfortable with them. I need to try them out at least when I'm home or around around my block. It's a good thing my boots fit me perfectly, because if they didn't I would have lost $80 on them.
