8/27/24 update: I was expecting 2 packages yesterday. They scanned both as delivered but only delivered one and refuses to answer any of my phone calls. Just updating this review for all to see how often this post office creates issues.
I thought it was just me but after reading these reviews, it’s not just me. Whoever delivers mail to my street cannot read. The amount of packages I’ve lost because they deliver them to the wrong house is ridiculous. I won’t post my address obviously but HOW do you mix up 32 and 33 SO often? If it happened once, I’d understand but it literally happens a couple times a month. Then when I call corporate, they never want to compensate for the lost packages. The numbers on the package and on my house are clear. READ CAREFULLY!! I wish another post office would deliver to my house because I’m tired of lost packages and lost money. I’ll continue to bother corporate about this location because these employees are lazy and can’t read, apparently.

Zero. The carrier constantly screws up my deliveries. Claims that packages were deliver but never received them. Mail not delivered, packages are delivered to different buildings. I get other peoples packages and mail in my mail box from two streets away. Most of the time I have to track my packages to see that they claimed "attempt delivery" but no notices are left. I end going to the post office in search of my packages and end up having to call the senders to report packages missing. Horrible service!

This post office needs to be investigated literally out of my last six packages leaving from this place LOST. The other three took about 3-4 weeks to be delivered. They lost one of my packages and refused to compensate me even though my package was insured. Literally never had issues with delivery of mail until here. There something fishy going on and I will be following up. In addition the Bronx as a whole has the worse post offices I literally have to go to Harlem because I refuse to ship anything from here or Bronx again.

I really don’t know who it is but every time I have a package being delivered it’s always a “sorry we missed you” sticker. No one rings the bell nor come up the stairs which is four short flights. Worst postal service!

Everytime I get a package delivered thru USPS, there’s ALWAYS an issue. The worst customer service I’ve ever seen & they genuinely don’t care about helping you receive your package or even try to help get a refund back. Will never again be dealing with these guys!!!!

There is one specific lady in the store that wears the covering on her head(hijab) she needs to be fired. Clearly she doesn’t want to be there.Went to change a money order which i haven’t changed before went to her window, immediately her attitude stinks I told her I would like to change a money order.Her reply was she just came to work so I ask her does that mean there’s no money to change it in the store or can I go to another window.She proceed to tell me again “like I said mam I just came to work” nothing else so for the good of me keeping calm and not dealing with her like she deserved I left the store.

They charged my client for a package that was already paid for.The rules are online @ Product Classification, Pricing, 2-18-16They stole money from us and the Office of Inspector General has been contacted. Enjoy that walk of shame you disgusting animals

I'm giving 5 stars because I want them to see this but in reality they deserve 0 stars. This is the only post office near me and there is always a wait even when multiple windows are open . The staff is nice enough but something needs to be done to improve the service
