My problem is strictly with delivery. Like the rest of the comments here, I noticed they always lie about attempting to deliver a package and leaving notes. They do neither and I'm forced to go get it. If you don't want to deliver, just quit and do something else. It's always just USPS, too. The people actually in the post office are nice though, it's just the delivery people that suck.

I don't know why all the negative reviews. People need to relax. The staff here do their work diligently! Perhaps some days someone calls out for vacation time and they are short staffed. This is the one problem i see. Other than that, I've personally seen people with anxiety, problems, complaining, rushing, talking very badly to the employees being disrespectful. Thats yawl's problem. Not the problem of the staff at this post office. Keep up the good work USPS Staff at Mott Haven!

They deserve no stars at all.. this is literally the 3rd day I’ve tried to go to the post office and the line is all the way on the other side of the room by the lockers or almost outside .. literally day 3! The most slowest post office I’ve ever been!

My packages are never delivered. They never leave notices but they claim they do. Horrible!! If I can give 0 stars I would.

Worst post office, worst custumer service, worst delivery. My package has been lost for the longest and they said is in the post office but everytime I go to get it they said is o the truck for delivery. No woder people prefer other companies

HORRIBLE!! Don’t waste your time the passport agent was incredibly rude and not helpful at all. If you want things done and correctly don’t bother coming here

I literally watched the guy out my window put my package on the hand cart. Dude then put it back on the truck without even coming in my building and put i refused my package. This was at 7pm yesterday. I haven't had issues with them delivering my packages in a while this is ridiculous.

Slowest post Office on the planet. If they pulled that in certain places in Manhattan they would be shut down. There is no urgency at all. Even the manager, a woman who comes out and acts like she's doing something but really isn't because she is usually super late to address the often packed place. Do not come here on your lunch break to do anything that requires a teller. The Indian or Pakistani woman is the newest member and she takes forever to retrieve packages. So either it's her fault and she is super slow or the packages are just that unorganized. They may as well provide public seating and a water fountain because how long you'll be there is anybody's guess. The people are nice, never disrespectful at all, but sooooooooo slow. I think I just saw a turtle go by.

If there was chance to give no stars, that would be what this post office gets. Losing packages, always a line, losing mail and taking no responsibility for it. I’m pretty sure this is how USPS is normally run. I would try to avoid this post office as much as possible. The only reason why I have to go into this post office is because they won’t deliver packages to a building that is less than 50 percent capacity. Be aware if you are moving to Mott Haven. These workers are doing the bare minimum so that should tell you how this place is run.
