The worse service ever 3 times I went there trying to get a passport for my son and some how every time I never got the help. The lady that works there is rude and doesn’t even let you finish your sentence, awful customer service. She just got up and walked out of the window and another lady came still no help same attitude. Their website has the wrong information. They do not take pictures there but online says they do. Long story short don’t go there at all.

Terrible service here! I gave it a second chance and dealt with the same nasty attitude from the employees. If you can avoid going to this location please do so. Sadly, these people who work here are so rude and don’t want to help you. I will not be going back here for applying/renewing my passport!!

HORRID SERVICE!!! The two people shooed me away at the end. They had a nasty tone and attitude. I was asking about the passports and at first the lady told me she could help but then she threw me under the bus when her coworker said that they couldn't help me. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK!!!!

Bad service!! The two people working had such a bad attiude. My mother doesnt know much english so she couldnt understand very well but the workers didnt have any patience. They had a horrible tone. I would not recomend for passaports. If you want good service then go somewhere else. Will not be coming back!!

They got one star because 0 is not an option. Lines are always long, employers seem very misinformed. Went for passport service and 3 time, after waiting 30m, I was told they were not servicing people. Then to be told there was no Manager onsite. Go somewhere else if you can

The customer service at this USPS location is unbelievably bad. The ladies who work here consistently have the nastiest attitudes for absolutely no reason. Every single time I visit, I’m shocked by how rude and unpleasant they are. It’s almost like they go out of their way to make the experience miserable.
I can’t imagine what it must be like to live with so much negativity all the time—it’s sad, honestly.
Their behavior is unprofessional, uncalled for, and makes me dread even having to step foot in this post office. It’s not that hard to be polite or at least neutral when interacting with customers. If you hate your job this much, maybe it’s time to find another one.
USPS, you really need to address this toxic atmosphere because it’s completely unacceptable.

Unprofessional customer service. The lady was so rude. She doesn’t fulfill her duties. I wasn’t answered on one simple question instead she said she works there not to answer questions. I asked which box I could use if I purchased priority cubic shipping online. Then she grab my box and throw it hard on the floor. 11/29/2024

When there's an emergency order, I can always count on the usps in riverdale. Just wish certain workers would stay off the phones. Sorry for snitching. Not trying to get a ticket
