Wrost post office ever they supposed to open at 9pm I came over to pick up my package and waited a hour until they came to the window to receive it

Delivery person said they left a notice and no authorized recipient available, however I was home all day waiting for this package to be delivered. Never rang my doorbell nor did they even leave a notice.
