Mail always gets delivered in the evening and most times wrong mail end up in my mailbox. We won't even talk about lost packages. Lucky my neighbors are descent humans and walk my packages over to me. But it's not unusual for our packages to be lost...SMH

Today April 20th and building 100 Casasls place supervisor is teaching new employees the wrong method of delivering mail. ring everybody's doorbell to come down the pickup packets knowing that the deposit box for packages. supervisor refuses to give the name of Spanish decent woman aged about 50. 800 number from the postmaster refused to pick up the phone they were on the phone for 2-hours. our former deliveries name Ms. freed out that just retired never work like this. very poor training disgusting.

After reading these reviews, I was hesitant to visit my local post office on Conner Street to ship a package but my experience was nothing but pleasant. Syeeda ( possibly spelled incorrectly) was a delight. There was no wait and she genuinely appeared happy to answer my questions and help when I did properly prepare the package for shipment. She quickly offered to help and I was in and out in 5 minutes flat!Great experience overall.Thank you

This Post Office is the worst!!! Hands down! They claim to deliver your packages but never knock on your door or ring bell. Instead leave a slip in your mailbox and someone is home!! So now I have to go to pick up my packages. I never have an issue with UPS, Fed-ex or Amazon who delivered 2 packages to me on the same day USPS left the note that no one was home. The USPS is a joke!!

The early bird gets the worm it's not always packed, however some days it can be. I find sometimes towards the end of the business day it's a breeze.

I went to this post office 5/2/22. I stood online for about 20 mins. After reaching the counter I asked for an international money order but the clerk processed a domestic money order. When I asked if the money order she was processing was international, She then said they don’t have international money orders. She then asked her colleague after I urged her to find out if why she was saying to me was accurate. Her colleague said that she had one international money order left. After giving me a refund I had to wait for her colleague to attend to me since she had a customer ahead of me. The colleague asked what country I needed the money order for, she said oh that country is one of the ones they took off the list. How is the supervisor of this post office ensuring that customers receive quality service. Why aren’t there signs that says what countries you can or can’t get a money order for? Why waste my time standing on line twice to find out you don’t have what I need? This is unprofessional and unacceptable.

I am missing a package (surprised?) The tracking says it was delivered to a parcel locker in my lobby. The problem? No key in my mailbox. I called the Post Office. After numerous rings, an employee answered. She was going to track down the driver and give me a call-back. Not going to hold my breath. This is probably a CCA who delivered the package. My letter carrier is very reliable. I'll just wait a few days to put my claim with Amazon. FYI, I'm a retired postal worker. SMH

What is going on at the Coop City Post Office? Bad customer service non Civil Service exam personnel working there, with bad attitudes. They are lucky they have a job nowadays. Now they don't have money orders for the customers to buy! REVAMP and Replace these people! Or shut it down!

Very nasty and unprofessional delivery woman. Answers a question with an attitude. Anyone that supports this behavior probably suffers from the same attitude.

Horrible customer service. I know the place opens at 9am so as I walk in, the place is empty. All I hear is the employees talking in the back meanwhile there’s several people waiting to be seen. I had to wait almost ten minutes just to be seen even though the place is open for business. This is not first time it’s happened by the way. Not to mention when someone finally showed up the employee just looked disinterested being there talking to customers. Never going to this post office again.

HOW IS THIS LOCATION STILL IN BUSINESS?!? One person is working the window, and they're 10+ people in the back doing nothing. My package is always misplaced. Takes about 30 minutes to find. They're on their cellphones talking about their personal problems...... The Post office is worst government institution ever invented. How can mail delivery be so complicated!?!?!.
