I would give 0 stars if I could. UPS is heavily mismanaged. I feel bad for the drivers because it's not always them, it's their bosses. UPS is a terrible service.

If i could give them 0 stars i would. It states 6pm closing yet they wont accept you past 5pm. I came just to pick up a package UPS claimed had wrong address when the address was correct completely. This place always gives a problem

Have had to get my pick up scheduled 4 times. Have called 4 times regarding this. The ups rep reschedules the pickup on the phone with ALL OF MY INFORMATION. Name, phone number, email, tracking #, as it’s an error on their end. Have UPS folks calling me, having an attitude because I can’t hear them on the phone when they are asking a question. I legit say I can’t hear you and they say FOR A FINAL TIME this is UPS. And I’m like yeah I got that what’s the question??? Insane. Like what? Are you going to not pick up my package because you are having phone issues and y’all didn’t get my name down after me giving in 4 times on the phone? Make it make sense. Hopefully they pick up my package this time but who knows. Posting anonymously from my meme Instagram google account bc yeah.

Worst service possible. They say being opened untill 6PM. I came at 5:10 all the way, and they were closed. Not notification no change on the website yoi just habe somebody on the front door telling you ooo sorry they are closed they have been closing early since 2 months now. I took uber on my way there and back also obviously for nothing. Shame on you!!

This UPS worker is a thief, he opened my son 1st package stole three pairs of shorts, and just delivered the hat. He took a blurry picture of the open package at our door. His stupidvisor took up for her conworker I’m not surprised. Allegedly!!!!!!

I would give UPS a zero if I could. They are more expensive than USPS and not nearly as good. I was guaranteed a delivery that should have occurred 3 days ago by the end of the business day and now the update is saying tomorrow by 7 PM. That will make it a total of 6 days. I also said I wanted to have a signature guarantee and that it needed to be delivered by the end of the business day since this was a business with banker's hours. All the person at UPS could say is "don't worry, it will be delivered in 2 days by the end of the business day" I could barely understand him and obviously he thought I was too stupid to understand him. He's right I was as stupid as it comes to use UPS. They go on and on about a claim. This is crucial original paperwork. A claim for money has nothing to do with it. I've called customer service (supposedly where you can talk to a person) and only gotten the automated system that can't understand the tracking number, can't understand the issue and then tells you to call back when you have this information and hangs up. This happened 3 times. I will never use UPS again and I would advise anyone else considering sending something via UPS to use the postal service instead as they are not only MUCH more reliable, they are less expensive as well.

All the reviews are so bad that I was legitimately nervous to come. My amazon packages were returned here so I came to pick them up. Incredibly nice guy working the front desk and got me in and out in 5 minutes. Literally not a single complaint. Bring your ID and make sure the address matches, if it doesn't then have a utility bill handy. 5 out of 5 stars.

This facility for some reason is HOLDING my package when I asked for RUSH delivery and to be SIGNED for. I am currently on the phone and no one can provide me with WHY they need DIRECTIONS... Do you not have GPS? What is going on? What is with the incompetence. Someone needs to contact me from this facility.

Worst location !! Who ever been doing the route from 175st to 177st amsterdam to wadsworth needs to be replaced. They always take my package and say no one was home … and i work from home … he dont even try make attempts .. somebody need to addressed this issues is getting out controls

Easy to access, and people that work there are very helpful and polite. Sending off your packages is fast and they are very efficient. I would recommend them to everyone.

If I could rate zero stars, I would. The employees definitely steal from this location! I ordered maternity clothing for an event that was stolen. I was told by a supervisor that my package would for sure be delivered by a certain day, and that the driver initially missed my drop off, and that he didn't feel like coming back to me. I waited until the next day as asked to do by the supervisor and now it's been a week. Still no package. I'm pretty sure the driver just took my package and management at this location is in on it. I wouldn't be surprised if they're selling off packages and sharing profits.

Worst ever.They don’t give correct tracking info. They don’t really attempt to get in touch or care much to have packages delivered. Three attempts later(all of which I’ve been home for) and I am on my way to pick up my own package from this center.Save yourself the headache. This location needs to do better. Management really needs to step it up!
