Never had a problem giving an Amazon return except for this location. I wouldn't have to return it if it wasn't for ups breaking the box and it leaking in the first place. So I packed it up brown packing up paper and packing tape and I guess since I interrupted his chat in the back it was a problem. Anyway only ups drop off I have had bad customer service at. Looking at the reviews I should of known better . Happy new year!

I just attempted to pick up my package (the email stated it's ready for pickup) and the darn customer service counter is closed for the entire day! We have to wait until after the New Year's Day to pick up our packages, because the person who runs the counter called out sick. What kind of operation is being run here, it's always a staffing problem at this location. A very incompetent management team.

Worst worst worst! Location. In particular a light skin older bald head man. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. If I could give zero stars, I would. Very rude. While trying to return packages another customer in front of me attempted to collect her packages. However was unsuccessful for whatever reason. He literally was there arguing back and forth with the customer my 3yr old child had to say “stop fighting”.He is rude and does not know the first thing about customer care/service. He cannot tape your packages for returns he can only SELL you a tape.Please go to McClean ave ups store MUCH more professional respectful and courteous.

This facility should just close, their available service got worse over the past year, now they’re closing at 2:30pm to 3:30pm for lunch then closed completely at 5pm

UPS is the worse! Have been trying to return a package for 1 month. UPS refused to pick up package by using a 'delivered label'. UPS recommended that I pay another fee to have package returned. Although, the return to company did say they would reimburse 2 return shipping charges, I didn't feel confident of this. Notwithstanding the fact that I wasn't able to afford the 2nd return delivery fee. So, I'm stuck with the item! UGH!!!

The man that was at the counter was unprofessional, disrespectful, rude and dismissive. Apparently they have a policy that isn’t even remotely fair. I have a different mailing address from my license as I have problems receiving mail from my address. This is actually not at all uncommon. However, if you have a policy it doesn’t make okay to treat people rudely and with disregard of their rights.Unbelievable!!!!

Dear UPS Customer Service,I am writing to you once again to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the service I have received from UPS. This is a follow-up to my initial complaint regarding the delayed delivery of my package, which contained medicine . Despite my initial complaint, I have not yet received a response from your customer service department, and I find this lack of communication and concern deeply troubling.As I mentioned in my previous complaint, I entrusted UPS with the important task of delivering my package, which was sent overnight. However, the package was not only delayed for several days, but it was also mishandled to the point where my medicine was found expired after 3 days without any use since it was never delivered to me on time. This is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a severe lack of care and negligence on the part of UPS.It is disheartening to note that my complaint appears to have been overlooked, as I have not received any acknowledgement or response from your customer service team. It is extremely frustrating for a customer to be left waiting and wondering whether their concerns are being addressed. As I expressed in my previous complaint, this issue is no longer solely about the monetary value of the package, but rather about the sense of security and peace of mind that I expected from a reputable company like UPS.I kindly request that you take immediate action to rectify this situation. I expect a prompt response to my complaint, as well as a thorough investigation into the mishandling of my package and the delay in delivery. I also request that you provide me with a detailed explanation of the steps you will take to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could provide compensation for the inconvenience, frustration, and potential security risks I have endured as a result of your company's negligence. The man at the counter around 1230pm just lefted and went to lunch with customers waiting in line to pick up and ship packages, I never seen a employee just walked off and customers have to come back in a hour to receive our package after showing up on our lunch break. Very unprofessional

Context: dropping off an Amazon return.Associate FIRST, ON PURPOSE, damaged the label on my package, THEN proceeded to tell me that they are only accepting boxes taped with PACKING tape, NO MASKING tape.I pointed out to them that they messed up the my labeling, and they kept going on about the tape.They could of just told me without messing up the label, I thought it was very rude.I went home, fixed the label, used packing tape, dropped it off at Staples instead.

This office is not a full-service facility!It has no equipment to copy and print be a jpg image of a label.This facility actually suggested visiting the nearby Staples store in the Coop City complex or the UPS Store on the Post Road in New Rochelle!
