When I arrived, the front desk rep was kind and attentive. I was called in immediately. The radiologist was also type and made me feel comfortable.

Professional staff. I removed my gold necklace to take an x-ray. I put it on the table with my hoodie. After the x-ray, I took my hoodie and left my chain. I didn't realize that until about 11:30 PM. I returned the next day. Staff had found it and held on to it. I'm deeply grateful.

@ UDMI the professionalism is in tact, me personally feel very comfortable getting my exams done here. I'm accommodated properly when having to find a position comfortable enough, not to feel discomfort or pain during my procedures. Staff are kind and the technicians are very humane, love it @ UDMI

The technician was short and I am tall. She did not fix machine to my height level thus the procedure was painful. She spent too much time talking after my breast was already under the machine. I cried.

I found my most recent visit for my mammogram and transv-sonogram very pleasant....not something I normally would say but I found the staff to be understanding and excellent at what they do, from checking in at the front desk to the end of my visit.I would highly recommend UDMI to anyone.
